Awesome crew! Explained the entire agreement. The movers were so polite. Nina was always responsive as well. Read some bad reviews at first I was worried after speaking to Nina she assured me to communicate and coordinate and this move will go smoothly and it sure did. Thanks again. I would recommend !!

My first time using a moving company, I am currently moving from Chicago to Arizona. It’s already stressful enough having to worry about anyone touching your belongings, but anywhere moving and storage Made sure my belongings would be shrink wrapped /​bubble wrapped properly. They follow up on a weekly bases to make sure inventory is proper. Now that great customer services !!! Definitely will use them again as well as recommending them.

I saw few reviews down below. They could have experienced that, but my experience with them was ok.
I had a good estimator (Marco), the guys who loaded and unloaded were ok. I would say its individual experience. If you are having hard days, the best of the moving company can provide you a bad service, and if you are having really cool days, the worst of the moving company will be the best for you.
Some tips… just make sure, that the company exists and its not fake. I got few quotes and they seem to be fake with fake websites (all links broken) no proper address, getting calls from different number every time, their US DOT number not matching their company name and so on.

JUST RUN AWAY!!! For the full story read below, but for the short version. The movers stole my wedding ring, watch and bracelet. The company also does not tell you of all these extra charges until they are there to pick up your stuff. I was charged $ 880 more then what I was quoted. Some of my Items came broken and the best part is that the managers will not answer your calls and the company offers you no help. I am filing a law suit as we speak.
Full Story:
I contracted Anywhere Moving and Storage to move me from Chicago to Texas. I was assured by Vincent a salesperson from this company it was a reputable long standing company. We had several conversations back and forth and emails where Vincent said they had been in business for years and that I had nothing to worry about.
I was told by the moving company I had to have all my items boxed and ready to go because anything they had to pack or box would cost me more money. In fact they provided me with a binding estimate and daily asked me to update them on the items I was taking to ensure my quote was accurate.
I had all my items packed and ready to go with the exception of my wedding dress and some clothes as they said they would provide me free of charge a special wardrobe box to fit my wedding dress and other clothing.
The morning of move on Thursday, January 4^th, one of the movers Javier called to say he was on his way. I immediately began to check everything to make sure everything was ready to go. There were a few personal items I did not want to go with the movers and I was going to personally take those items in my suitcase.
One of which was my jewelry box. I checked my jewelry box which was on the shelf of my bedroom closet to ensure my jewelry was in there, more important that my wedding ring was in there. I wanted to make sure all my jewelry was in there again because I was putting this in my personal suitcase. I did not want that to travel with the movers.
As I was looking through my jewelry box I saw everything was in there and then my doorbell rang. I ran down stairs to let the movers in. I left my jewelry box open on the shelf. I invited what I thought was the professional movers by the company in my home. There were three movers, Javier, Cesar and Marco.
They were spread out in my home. I gave instruction to all three of what was staying behind and was to be taken.
After they left I began to gather my personal items left behind to pack in my suitcase so I could leave. This is when I noticed by diamond wedding ring had been stolen and in its place they put one of my costume rings in my wedding ring box. In addition they stole my silver Kate Spade watch and a Pandora charm from my bracelet.
Devastated and horrified I immediately called the moving company, but it was closed. So then I called the police immediately to file a report. I had just checked to see if my ring was there that morning and I confirmed it was. The only people in my home were the movers.
The next morning I called the moving company promptly at 9a.m. I spoke to the salesperson I had been dealing with to book my move. He said he would speak to the Manager and call me back immediately. Two and half hours later I called him back because I had not heard anything. The salesperson Vincent said the manager said all he could do was talk to the movers and ask them to return it. I have since called the moving company everyday demanding answers and the manager refuses to speak to me and the company is not providing any help or accepting any responsibility.
I have not stopped crying since this has happened. This is my wedding ring it has such signifiant meaning for me and my husband. I can’t sleep, I can barely eat. I am having anxiety attacks. This company took something so precious from me and does not accept any responsibility. The manager won’t even call me. I trusted these men in my home and I was completely violated.
In addition my initial binding quote from the company was $ 2500 then when they came to pick up my items they began to tell me about all of these other charges which moved the price up to $ 3130. Then when they delivered by items yesterday they said there were more fees another $ 250. The refused to deliver my items until they were paid.
They stole my ring, watch and bracelet charm then threatened to keep my items unless I paid them some more money. Overcharged me, some of my items were broken. This has been an absolute nightmare.

It’s called Anywhere Moving and Storage because your stuff can literally end up anywhere. A lot of my stuff never arrived.
I used them for my move from Chicago to New York, with a year of storage — only to find out they lost a third of my boxes, including ALL the hardware for my $ 1800 platform bed and the $ 350 leaning bookshelf, not to mention, my patio furniture, a few boxes of irreplaceable items (two boxes of author-​signed hardcover books and a full box of designer purses) and scratched up the wine chiller, losing some of the slats.
The shipment I received was a holy mess and the driver, Mike, did apologize because even he could see the bed was missing key structural pieces. When he tried to charge me extra for «Stairs» — a dollar per step over 75, he took out the measuring device that is supposed to count the steps but one of the wheels fell off and he had the sense to feel ashamed to waive it. He later found one of the structural pieces to my leaning shelf and we had to drive 40 miles to Jersey with $ 50 in gas/​tolls to get it.
Of course, Joanna, the rep stopped answering my calls and emails after I contacted them about missing and damaged items.
They continue to insist that I pay a shuttle fee based on the full container amount in CASH, when it was obvious they’d lost a third of my stuff, before the shipment even came of the truck so I didnt know till it was too late.
The best part is that they left me a box of someone’s else’s things and took a month to email me the shipping label. I insisted they come get it since I wasn’t about to throw out someone’s things, but I can see how my boxes were treated, had they arrived at someone else’s door. If your name is Carolyn and recently moved from Chicago to New York, I have pictures of one of your boxes and hopefully you received it but I doubt it.
I plan to file a BBB complaint against the company and if any former customers who were also shafted would like to get in touch to contribute their statement for my small claims action against the owners, Mr. Adnan Grifat (Owner) and Ali Saida (President), please feel free to message me.
EDITED to add: they have two Google+ reviews, one from the company and the other from — get this: Ali Saida, the president and part owner of the company who doesn’t disclose this on the review. Pure class.

Do yourself a favor and never EVER use this company. I recently moved from Chicago to the San Fran Bay Area and used anywhere moving and storage. I spoke to Vince who told me that in order to receive my things when I needed them (by January 12^th) they needed to be picked up by December 30^th. He also quoted me that it would be $ 1100. I got my stuff on January 26^th and they charged me $ 1500. Not only did I go almost a month without a bed and almost all of my clothing, when they finally brought it, all of the screws to my bed frame were missing, which is now falling apart, and they broke the base of my dresser.
Throughout the process it was impossible to get a hold of anyone and get a straight answer. I was told a million different delivery dates that kept getting pushed back. The only positive thing I have to say about my experience with this company is… yeah I got nothing.
