Tj Maxx

Had a very pleasant experience here and scored two of my beloved Victoria Taylor’s Gourmet Chipotle Pepper Flakes, a lovely hat, and leather belt. The store was immaculately clean and clutter-​free. The evening was very pleasant so I walked down to the huge outdoor mall in the opposite direction.

This location was pretty decent as far as the selection and moving the lines pretty quickly. It amazes me how they really push layaway and a TJ Maxx card., they were all over it. I appreciated that the store was organized more so than other locations I have been to. They must have regular customers because I heard more than one customer say, its good seeing you or see you soon to more than one cashier. The cashier made sure that she informed us of the days that new shipments come into the store. I wish the store was a little bigger, I felt as I walked in, I walked right into clothes.

The store is not as large as other T.J. Maxx’s, but they do have a nice selection of clothing for the guys, and of course a lot for the ladies. I have shopped at this location for several years and always found the staff to be friendly. I have returned things and never had any issues. One of the ladies who works here I believe is English (England), she is excellent.
Only issue is with trying on clothing for men. The dressing room here for guys is not staffed, but the female clothing dressing room is. It would be great if this store would do like the other locations do and just make one big dressing room with one side for women and one side for men. When coming here you have to locate someone and have them get a key to open the door to try stuff on. Usually I don’t have to try anything on, but for jeans I always do, just to be certain they fit comfortably.
This store sells a little bit about everything. Clothing, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and some things for the pets. Usually you can find similar items at every T.J. Maxx, but sometimes this location has items that I cannot find at the other ones.
The checkout line here can be kind of long during busy hours, so it is best to come about 2 hours before lunch.
Over all I find this store to be good.
