This used to be a great place to have your car checked out and have repairs done here but now it’s not such a great place. I took my car in there Friday but he turns it away saying he is short on help bring it back Monday. I brought my car back to him Monday, I still haven’t heard anything about it and today is Thursday. If he couldn’t look at my car he should have told me to take it somewhere else. The receptionist is not too nice either. She seriously needs to learn some customer service skills. She’s very rude!!!

I am a recent and satisfied customer of Barber Auto Repair and AC. In my experience the customer service was excellent, both from the front desk and the shop. I did notice a lot of activity due to the business expanding. The scheduling for AC repair can be a long wait because, I perceive, they are using all of the available man power preparing the newer facility for customers. If I ever had a problem at Barber Auto I believe that Tyler (main repair consultant) would definitely address it with concern. They treat me and my vehicles with care.
