After placing my order, I watched the manager tell his employee at least 3 times to make my pretzel. The employee was busy talking to a friend who happened to be at the mall. When she finally realized she was supposed to be working she quickly put together my order. It didn’t take long to bake but the wait time was unnecessary. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because it was freshly baked.

Five stars for a pretzel place in Southlake Mall might seem ridiculous, but every time I go the service is good and the pretzels are hot and buttery. If you’d like to wait for a new one, no problem. At other locations employees sometimes give me a hard time fulfilling simple requests, but never here. Free samples of delicious strawberry lemonade & pretzel nuggets today from a smiling employee. Also, the pretzel dog is really delicious (and all-​beef).
