I wish there was a way to give them no stars.
Don’t go here! They completely misrepresented the price, the warranty and the length of time they would need. On top of all that, the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. They were openly rude and terrible to deal with.

If I could I would not give this location any stars. I had my car towed there from the dealership because they told me the could give me a better price than the dealership. I was told before they received my car that they could diagnose the problem on a machine and it was possible that I may not need a new transmission. Once my car was towed there I was told that the would first do a «soft rebuild» by changing the fluid, filter and O ring at a cost of $ 1,275.00 to see if that was all I needed. Then I was told that once they got in the transmission I may need more parts that could range from $ 1 to $ 1000. After I told him that I needed a set price he started to just come up with various prices ranging from $ 1,975 to $ 2,700. He started trying to guess the estimate the dealership gave so he could come under. Of course I never told him what the dealership quoted me. I knew it was time for me to get my vehicle away from there when he asked if there was any way we could do business. I told them not to touch my car and I would have it towed away immediately.
