Class taken: The Path of Mindful Awareness(Mark Schecter) After 2 years meditating daily, I can wholeheartedly say my life was much better. But while the meditation itself brought subtle positive changes in my life, the real world still dished out plenty of opportunities to for me to suffer through. Mark Schecter’s POMA workshop showed me how to establish a mindfulness practice to handle the challenges in life with more grace and reap the true rewards of meditation to live a richer life. I truly believe that mindfulness training is the most useful knowledge we can ever obtain.
