Revamp Personal Training was originally started within FitnessWorks of Morro Bay where Owner, Lindsay Ashton was an independent contractor. In April of 2011 Revamp Training Studio was opened on the old Morro Bay Elementary School campus, located at 1130 Napa, Morro Bay, Ca.

Revamp Owner, Lindsay Ashton, received her Personal Training Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 2007. Since then, she has also received a Crossfit Level 1 Certification, a Crossfit Olympic Lifting Certification, and a Prenatal/Postpartum Exercise Design Certification of Achievement through DSW Fitness.
Lindsay has logged many hours of hands on experience supplemental to personal training. Lindsay worked at FitnessWorks in Morro Bay from 2004– 2011, teaching many group fitness classes and two successful boot camp classes. She was also a Physical Therapy Technician/Gym Specialist until 2007 when she decided to become a personal trainer. Lindsay was FitnessWorks’ Lead Trainer until 2010 when she decided to step down and run her own business, Revamp Personal Training. As the Lead Trainer, Lindsay had a huge hand in creating FitnessWorks’ successful In-House Personal Training Department. In April of 20 011, Lindsay opened Revamp Training Studio.
