Hot summer evening, out for a walk in Morristown, heard great things about this place — let’s give it a shot.
Great selection of flavors, friendly staff, reasonable but not an overwhelming amount of toppings are offered, and they have survived the Fro-​Yo invasion that so many other places didn’t so they have to be doing SOMETHING right. We all got different flavors and I honestly liked all of them. I’ve been to a few Fro-​Yo places where the yogurt had a chemically taste, but NOT here… this was delicious.
I don’t know how easy it would be to park around here-​like I said, we were out for a walk so we parked about a mile away, but hey, a little walk after eating dessert isn’t the worst thing for you…

It was a hot day in spring and I needed my fix!
Stumbled into this place after having a wonderful dinner with my good friend. She pled her case, asked for something a little healthier and there it was non-​fat, gluten free frozen yogurt.
Loved the selection of flavors. I had the mango tart, vanilla tart, and the Jersey custard style frozen yogurt. Wow! Those flavors are explosive! Seriously creamy yet light and refreshing, the flavors taste real, not diluted or overly sugarfied. Is that a word? Idk, but if you don’t get me let me explain. There is no nasty after taste like when you have too much fake sugar, the flavor tasted like real mango and vanilla. I didn’t need to add any toppings on my fro-​yo it was good as is without any needed fluff to eventuate the flavor.
The place was full of adults, it did’t seem like a play ground. There is nice seating inside and table outside. Chill vibe and clean establishment.

Yummmmm. Strawberry Fields has a bunch of delicious and unique flavors (like salted caramel pretzel, nutella, peanut butter, etc.) and it was all super fresh. The toppings were pretty standard but also fresh. I’d definitely recommend coming here for froyo!

They have 12 flavors and a ton of the usual froyo place toppings. Larger place with around 7 tables a few couches. never too crowded and in a good location on South Street.

As a fro-​yo fan and in my constant desire to be ‘the cool Aunt’, I took my niece here for an after school treat. Very clean, fresh toppings and a pleasant staff. I’m sure I’ll be back in my attempt to be «cool» (not that it will work, but it’s worth a shot). :)

This place should have four stars, and I give only three because my own taste preference. It is a delightful and clean, open store. I brought $ 20 for $ 10 coupon from groupon. After filling a cup of $ 10 worth of mengo-​flavor (which I like), I decided to fill an second cup with some other kinds. I tried these three flavors on my way to the parking lot, and they all taste wiered. I am not an expert on frozen yogurt, but I may prefer the Taro across the street.

i don’t like tangy frozen yogurt. this tastes more like regular soft ice cream. they have a good variety of flavors and some that rotate. they also have a variety of toppings including fresh fruit. the atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.

This is one of the better frozen yogurt places in the area. It is spacious, clean, and they aren’t stingy about samples. In addition, if you sign up for their card, you get a free yogurt on your bday. I never carry my card with me, so I don’t get the other benefit of the free yogurt every ten yogurts or whatever it is. I don’t actually like loyalty cards because I can’t help but start to «work» towards my freebie and I feel manipulated. You can keep the 10%, I would like to retain control of my mind.

I don’t like being mean or writing down mean comments but I have to or else the next wide-​eye customer who comes in because of an 4-​star Unilocal review will become thoroughly disappointed.
5 star for the service because they are a very nice group of girls and its not their fault if the machines are sucking.
2 stars because I did like the pomegranate flavor yogurt and the tart regular. The tart flavor is something I’ve tried at other places but its tastes different here (a good different).
Those two were the best ones I tried because honestly I tried getting flavors from the other machines and once I pulled down, the consistency spurted out like water. It wasn’t as hard as it should have been. And just seeing it squirt out like that did not bring me and my friend happy thought so it was a total turn off.
I would have tried the other flavors but didn’t have the patience or the time to.
So my tip is to go during a busy hour when theres a constant flow of people grabbing froyo to decrease chance of watery yogurt

I have to be honest — this place took my Fro-​Yo v-​card. But believe me… I’ve been around the block since!
I wanted to see what else was out there so I’ve tried a bunch of the other spots in Motown. But each time I stray, I end up coming back to Strawberry Fields for more. Definitely the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. I’d actually rather come here than get ice cream! Never thought I’d say that…
My only gripe was that the last time I went they did not have peanut butter flavored Fro-​Yo. They did however have red velvet and cheesecake, so that almost made up for it.
I really try to be stingy with the 5 star reviews but this place gets it. Great favors, great toppings, and a nice, clean atmosphere.
If you want something frozen and delicious, give this place a try. You’ll thank me later.

I am an ice cream/​yogurt snob. I’ll admit it. I only want the best.
My boyfriend and I popped into Strawberry Fields the other night and it was some of the best yogurt I have had. Usually, yogurt tastes too artificial for me to like it, but I got the Chocolate Hazelnut, and man, was it good! As everyone said, they do have a wide variety of toppings– but honestly, you don’t need them.

Didn’t really sit down inside, just grabbed some froyo to go. It’s your basic self-​serve model with a toppings buffet. The plain tart and mango were pretty good, but I thought the mochi was a little stale.

The toppings for the yogut seem to be varied and change with the seasons… lots to choose from.
I must also add that the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a good place to go after a show and/​or to bring your kids to. Highly recommend tihs place.

I love this place! I live in Morristown and my boyfriend and I will actually walk past the two other self-​serve frozen yogurt places just to get to Strawberry Fields. They have the best fro-​yo in Morristown. The atmosphere is welcoming. The music is audible, without feeling like you’re walking into a dance club. They have SAMPLE CUPS! All of the other places have removed theirs and you have to ask to sample something. Strawberry Fields has them out in the open for if you want to try a new flavor. Love it. Friendly employees. Clean.
My roommate actually got me a gift card for Christmas. Woo!

Good frozen yogurt, typical toppings, and caloric content right on the wall in front of your face. Twenty calories per ounce sounds great but I think it’s safe to say that most of us are eating just a tad more than that, no?
The establishment was very clean but we didn’t like that the cones and the waffle bowls were out in the breeze for anyone to potentially manhandle, cough on, etc. The regular cups are turned upside down but the waffle bowl cups are not. Seems a little skeevy. We decided to opt against getting a cone for that very reason.
I liked that they have a water cooler with small cups next to it for thirst-​quenching purposes. Am I the only one who is parched after consuming frozen yogurt?
Prices were pretty reasonable and the guy at the register was nice.
What can I say? Strawberry Fields is very similar to the other 2,000 fro-​yo places that have popped up in NJ this year…

New to Morristown. Love this place little more than the two others in town mainly because i’m a health/​fitness freak and they post their calories.
They need a little bit more variety on their flavors but that could have been just the week I was there. Great place.

We checked this place out for the first time last night. There were a good number of people sitting inside and outside the store enjoying their ice cream as we walked in. Inside, the setup seems pretty efficient: soft serve machines in the back and then the toppings are lined up salad bar style leading you to cash register.
Sample cups were readily available, which was nice.
I also thought it was nice that they include the per ounce calorie content for each different flavor (which ranged from 20 calories per ounce for the sugar free vanilla to about 33 calories per ounce for the cake batter).
The only thing I would like to see is a smaller cup option. It is TOUGH not to want to fill your gigantic cup to the top!

This latest addition to the crowded frozen yogurt scene in Morristown opened on May 12. This one might have the best location of all, because it’s right next to the community theater. We checked it out on a warm evening and business was booming. They mostly play music from the Beatles and at reasonable volume.
The yogurt flavors are outstanding, the best in town! Coffee was rich, strong and a little smokey. Peanut butter was distinctly peanut buttery, not watered down. Mango was very interesting, great tropical flavor. The strawberry was too sweet for me. The tart regular struck exactly the right balance. Great toppings too but it’s easy to crush cookies and chop fruit. Price is half a buck per ounce.
Has half a dozen tables inside and a couple more on the sidewalk. And a really nice touch: a dog water bowl and a big bowl of dog biscuits outside on the sidewalk, so bring the pooch!
I don’t quite understand the extreme design uniformity among all the local frozen yogurt places. They all have the same huge paper cups, the same plastic spoons, and (almost) the same big glass tile wall with the yogurt machines. At least this one has some guys working in it!
