I have spoken to Gordon Crawford about downsizing his obnoxious signs to be more consistent with the other brokers (please see a Weichert sign). His are not «For Sale» signs for your house. They are «For Sale» signs for Gordon Crawford. They have his name on the sign three times in large font, and a large photo with his stupid smile. Take a look at his face, which unfortunately is way too ubiquitous, and ask yourself: A) Do you want his face on your front lawn? B) Is this the face of a man that will act in your interests or is it the face of the Gordon Gekko of Real Estate (Greed is Good for him, not for YOU!!!)? C) Do you want to be overpromised on price, and then have to slash, and slash again to get traffic (like he did to neighbor’s house)? D) Do you really want to be lied to??? E) You work hard for your money — Do you want to reward someone for hard lying???
There are many other brokers out there with integrity, as well as For Sale by Owner websites. This guy can not be trusted!!! Don’t believe me? Just look at his picture!!! And Seniors, Please Be Careful of this broker!!!
