Full service garage, been using them for years & so have my parents. Cars always repaired quickly and they don’t try to rip you off. I work at a church in Morristown and when anybody ever pulls in with car troubles I always direct them to Morristown Tire! (Only downside is that parking is tight.)

I needed a new pressure sensor for my Mazda in a rush… they did it… and at a very reasonable price…

I’ve been coming here for years and found them to perform good service at a good price. It
might be a little more expensive than other chain service centers, but you can trust their
recommendations. They won’t try to sell you services you don’t need.

The worst customer service in the world. I’ve experienced bad then I’ve experienced Morristown tire. They replaced a battery for me and didn’t hook it back up correctly then gave me an attitude because I couldn’t levee my car there all day to fix the problem they caused. Never again would I give them a penny! Joke of a business!

I went in before a long road trip with an identified nail lodged in one of my tires. I advised the front desk of the nail. Upon pick up, I was advised that the shop had not found a nail, but found that the previous plugs were leaking and they had performed patches at those leaks, charging me $ 40.00.
When I arrived at my destination, I felt that the tire was still low. I examined it and found the same nail I had identified to begin with.
This shop wasted my money and my time. Don’t let it happen to you.

I would recommend pretty much any other auto/​tire shop in the area before Morristown Tire. I have a company car administered through a fleet company and when I took it there a few months ago, they did all these extra unnecessary services (like changing the wiper blades and charging $ 46 for what you can buy in a store for $ 19) to increase the bill. Then I took it there again to have a flat tire repaired. I called at 8am to see if they had the tire and how long it’d take. I was told 45 minutes if they have the tire and longer if they don’t but to bring it anyway, that they could do it. I got there before 9 am and was told they don’t have the tire and to get a rental car. I didn’t hear back for hours so I called at 2:30 and was told they just got the tire in. I asked if it would be done within the hour and that I needed it back. I was spoken to as if I was annoying them for calling to check on the status. He said he could probably get it done within that time and would call me. At 4:00, I still haven’t heard so I call back and speak to a different man. Now, I’m told maybe 5:30. When I ask why it took so long to simply change a flat tire, he said that they had more important work to do. And they were aware of all the calls. I was so taken aback with his tone and rude treatment that I said I would notify the fleet company. His response was, you do that, it’ll be our pleasure. So I did, and they’re no longer on the list of vendors they send company vehicles to. Rude, expensive, jerks at this place.

I kept having bubbles on my low performance tires from the bad potholes left from this winter. Bill suggested smaller rims to help ease the tires chances. I went with it and invested in new tires and rims. What a difference in the ride! It handles and takes the road so much better now! I fully trust the recommendations made by the team at Morristown Tire!

The fiancée had a flat tire yesterday. She brought it to a gas station and filled it with air. When she came home, I brought her car to Morristown Tire Co. to get the wheels checked out. They ran a test where they submerged all the tires fully in water to look for air bubbles. None were found in the front tire that had been flat but the test showed that there was a slow leak in one of the back tires. Go figure! So they took off the rim, sealed it with some tire glue or something, and put it back together again. Bing bang boom done.
I know very little about cars and they could have easily taken advantage and told me the car needed four new tires. They were honest and helpful and the price was very affordable.
The waiting area isn’t terribly exciting but I wasn’t there very long and I had my phone to play with so no big deal. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Jack and now his son Mark have always been fair and honest with me and my vehicles since 1972. Frankly, in tires as in most things, you get what you pay for. I’ve never (over 8 vehicles and counting) had any issue with their products or their work. I’d take the review from Greg P with a huge grain of salt.

Whenever i walk into Morristown Tire they great me with a friendly smile. I know it is a good place because it is always busy but they try to help you as fast as they can. While you wait they have comfortable chairs and refreshments such as coffee and water. Morristown Tire is they best Auto repair business by far. Their work is done with great care and quality. I live 30 minutes away from Morristown Tire but it does not matter because the drive is worth it.

Morristown Tire is without a doubt the best Auto Repair business in the Morristown area. The staff is extremely helpful and, most importantly, honest. The mechanics have always been very helpful and the men working behind the desk strive to provide the best service possible to every customer.
Best of all, it is a family run business. I would certainly recommend this auto repair facility to anyone. They will help you with whatever problem you may have.

Pricing is not that good, the customer service is just OK. I took my car there for a flat tire repair, and they over torqued my lug nuts to the point where I have broken two sockets trying to take them off. For those of you not familiar with cars, over torquing lug nuts can cause serious problems like broken wheel studs and warped rotors. Things that are very costly to repair.
This is a simple thing that any mechanic should know how to do, and Morristown Tire Co. failed at it.
They have lost my business and don’t deserve yours.
