Jerry’s Automotive and Speed Shop

This business isn’t in my town, and it isn’t even in my county. But a local tire shop I trust recommend them to get a part for my new rims that I needed. So I called them up and was instructed to call another number for their owner, or something. So I called that number and asked about the part. She said she had to order it for me, two day delivery she said. The following week after not hearing anything from them, I called back. She said the part hadn’t come in yet, but that it would be two more days. Two days later, I drove from my town across two counties to the actual shop. The non too eager to help employees went in the back room for 5 minutes and then told me the part wasn’t there. They told me they’d have to let me know when it arrives. So I gave them my name and phone number again, and left without so much as a «sorry for your inconvenience» or anything kind. So, three months later, these people still haven’t called me. I’m not sure how they have remained in business for as long as they have. I found them to be rude, unhelpful, and generally unable to make what should have been an easy part sale and installation job turn out to be absolutely nothing. Avoid this dump.
