Dr. Howard and his partner Dr. Banks have been keeping our teeth healthy and treating us right for well over a decade. I want to say some nice things because they have been good to us. But I confess I don’t quite know how to review a dentist — who enjoys going to the dentist?! :) But we all need a dentist, so here goes.
The office staff here is over-​the-​top helpful & friendly, and it embarrasses me that they can remember my name but I can’t ever manage to remember theirs. They even remember that I have kids, they remember my wife, it’s just incredible. The staff calls us the day before an appointment as a reminder — not a robocall, a real person.
We’re here every six months for cleanings, including the teenagers. I have had a variety of minor and less minor procedures done here, I’ll spare you the gruesome details, but the outcomes have all been positive. And recently when a teenager had sudden tooth pain they dealt with the problem the same day that we called, that was a great relief for all concerned. Seriously, a bitching teenager is almost as bad as a bum tooth.
These docs recently opened an office in NYC. I don’t know what this is gonna mean to us loyal NJ patients, I just hope the good service continues.
