We recently began using Braun’s for the scheduled maintenance on our Subaru because we were feeling like the dealership was ripping us off and not doing a great job. I couldn’t be happier with this switch. Braun’s is extremely accessible since it is right next to the train station, but they also offer pick up and drop off of your vehicle at your house. What could be easier? Everyone from the head technician to the office staff is friendly, easy going, and honest. They took the time to explain to me that we had been changing our oil too frequently (everyone 3,000 miles as the dealership told us) and that our manual said between 5,000 and 7,500. That’s right, they could have earned more money off of us by letting us stick to the lie that the dealership had been feeding us, but instead they are honest in their work and stand by it. There’s a reason this place has been around for 30+ years. Proud to support this local establishment!
