Have been in the town of Washington for tge last two days and have been passing this pizza house. Thought I would stop in and give it a try. Asked if they serve a thin crust pizza and yes was the answer. Very glad to have stopped. Excellent pizza and not overly priced. If ur in town give it a try. Like the interior also.

What a wonderful restaurant for eating in or take out. The food is consistently good and properly priced. The staff are wonderful. Very well seasoned with fresh products. This is a gem.

Started eating at Giovanni’s after using them to cater a party we hosted last year. Although the restaurant is small and nothing fancy in décor, I found the food to be fresh, delicious, and the specials are always very good. Their pizza is a nice thin crust and the selection of food is quite extensive for a small restaurant… pricing is very reasonable. It is a great family owned restaurant, but unfortunately no liquor license, so BYOB if you want some beer or wine.

So my family and I have tried ~30 pizza joints when we moved to the area a few years ago. After many a dissappointment we ended up at Giovanni’s — a place that had been in the area for decades. The décor… yuk. I don’t think it’s even been painted, never mind remodeled, in thirty years. The presence of racks of produce on the tables just shipped in… ugh. The grease covered menu… boo. Unfortunately these poor décor mistakes cause me to delete a star from an otherwise 4* review. The pizza — EXCELLENT! Crisp light crust, tangy fresh tomato sauce, real garlic — not minced from a jar — exquisite bread, generous portions and low prices. The owner and his family are very warm and friendly. They even give you fresh chocolate chip cookies with the check.
