Harding Private Livery Service

We have used Harding for our trips to Newark Airport and have always been happy with their service, until today. This review is for a trip to JFK for my cousin who was visiting from out of town. When I called to schedule a pick up from my house, I was told that the fare would be $ 140 before tip & toll and $ 170 after. To my surprise and embarrassment, my cousin told me she was charged $ 200. When I called Harding to ask why the discrepancy, I was told that the toll charge was $ 31 (approx.) So, maybe I misunderstood their price quote — twice, since I asked on two separate occasions. Maybe they meant «after toll but before tip» without telling me, twice. People at Harding were nice so maybe I’ll give them another chance but please, be more specific about your pricing.
