The «BDC» serves a plate lunch every weekday, and catfish on Fridays. Our special sandwiches include a Cuban, Reuben, Monte Cristo, and the build-​it-​yourself «Shaner». We also serve several different ice cream treats, so come on down and enjoy yourself!

History

Established in 2004.

The Blue Diamond Café was started as a new vision for Sweeden’s Betterburger. After closing the restaurant for a redesign, the owners decided to start serving café fare along with the classic diner foods of Sweeden’s. The redesign of the atmosphere and the menu turned the Blue Diamond into a staple of Morrilton dining.

Reuben sandwich is outstanding! 9 Philly cheese steak was also so tender and flavorful! Kristina was our server as well as the manger! She should be the official spokesperson for Arkansas! She is welcomimg and atttentive and makes sure you are a happy camper! This will be our must stop here on every trip to Arkansas! Portions are very generous.

YUM! Awesome feel-​good comfort food menu! Reasonable prices! Awesome waitstaff! We had a burger, spicy fries (my mouth just watered!), shake and ice cream and it was all AWESOME! Prices are good too. There is a dine-​in area, walk-​up window, and a drive-​thru. If you are camping on Petit Jean, then this is worth the drive down the mountain for a decent meal!
