It is my understanding is that he is the only contractor Solitaire homes in Alb NM uses. If you are considering the purchase of a new mobile home, you may want to ask first, who does the foundation and earthmoving work– if it is this company, you may want to buy your home from another source. Our experience with him was unpleasant at best. When they came to set my new home, he had not filled in the center of the «strip» foundation, which made it all but impossible to set the home. In efforts to do so, a tire blew and damaged the underbelly of my new home.

Jeff Tapia owner of Ideal Construction in Moriarty, NM is unreliable, untrustworthy, unknowledgeable and did the worse job possible doing a permanent foundation on my mobile home. He left is as bad or worse than when I hired him. I have to either pay someone else to fix what he did or spend even more money to make it a legal foundation. He promised to ‘fix’ it but then he disappeared, not answering or returning phone calls. I learn by mistakes but most of them don’t cost me 5 grand. At this point I hope Karma kicks his ass.
