When I list a home, I sit with the seller to come up with the right price and right marketing package to give the home the best exposure both locally and globally. I also professionally photograph all of my listings to give potential buyers the best first impression of the home.

When I work with buyers, I take into account all of their search criteria, send them all available listings in the area they are looking, and then schedule appointments at a convenient time for my clients.
