Perilli Gene II

Mr. Perilli was always very kind and he takes care of business in a timely manner. If something is broken, he will fix it asap. He keeps his apartments in great shape and they are located in a good side of town. Some people told me that I paid «too much» for my rent, but honestly, compared to big city prices, it’s not that bad — and I didn’t have problems with bugs, faulty appliances, or anything like that, which many of my Morgantown friends experienced in their homes.
He doesn’t allow pets, but I think it’s with good reason — he takes good care of his homes. The only complaint that I have is that, if you’re not staying in your apartment for the following year, he will let himself into your apartment whenever he wants to show it to potential tenants. I always feared that he would walk in on me while I was in the shower or something, but the worst that I experienced was being woken up from a few naps. Either way, he is always very gracious and friendly.
