My iphone 5 screen cracked in an unfortunate drop and I immediately began searching for local places that could replace the screen. Morgantown and WV in general lack in places that perform this type of service. Based on a previous positive review I took my phone in Saturday afternoon. Arthur was super friendly and told me to return in an hour. The first screen he put on didn’t work 100% due to a manufacturing problem with the screen as we discovered when I tested it. He quickly and easily swapped it out and it now works just fine and looks good as new. I would recommend for similar phone/​tablet problems. I was happy with the service and price! (Over $ 100 less than what Apple charges). Thanks so much Arthur!

Fast and friendly! Took my daughter’s iPhone 5 in for repair. She dropped it and broke the screen. They actually had it in stock. When I broke mine last year I had to wait a week for another place to order one in then drop my phone off for half a day. This place I just walked in and they had it in stock and fixed in the time it took me to eat a burger and walk back.

My techno-​phobic mother spilled iced tea on her MacBook laptop and was in a panic. What to do? I searched Unilocal for a repair spot near her, and found this listing. They backed up my mom’s drive and helped her out immediately. She was thrilled at the great customer service, and the price. I am submitting this review by proxy for two reasons: 1) my mom doesn’t Unilocal and loved this place; and 2) I was grateful to hear her so relieved after her visit to this location. Very happy to give them a five star thumbs up.

I was just looking around and realized I had been needing the keyboard on my laptop replaced. They were very friendly and the repair should be completed in a couple days due to the need to order part (s). Of course I wish the service charge were a little lower, but I also didn’t try to negotiate. They’re a small business that is working hard to establish itself, and I appreciated the individual attention they were able to give me, compared to the rushed feeling I would get at some big box store. I would encourage people to patronize this local shop and take advantage of their free computer inspection offer! I ended up buying a couple of extra trinkets as well: a USB hub and a USB sound card each for under $ 10.
