Our office has two very knowledgeable doctors and friendly staff members dedicated to fulfilling all of your eye care needs including: comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, glasses & designer frames, contact lenses, surgical co-​management for LASIK and Cataracts, eye disease treatment (i.e. Glaucoma & Diabetes), and emergency care.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Thomas S.

Business Owner

Dr. Stout is a native West Virginian, born in Clarksburg and raised in Bridgeport. He attended West Virginia University, receiving his baccalaureate degree in chemistry, and graduating summa cum laude. Granted early admission to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, Dr Stout received his Doctorate in 1980. He also completed a specialty internship in ocular disease at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Huntington, WV.

Dr. Erica L. Owen is originally from Steubenville, Ohio. She attended West Liberty State College, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2002, graduating summa cum laude. She attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, receiving her doctorate in 2007. Dr. Owen completed a year residency at the Huntington VA with a concentration in ocular disease.
