Center Service Auto Body

Although it did take 4 weeks for my car to be ready, I am blown away with the service. These guys were so nice and went above and beyond. I picked my car up tonight and it was washed, wax, shampoo’d, detailed with a fine tooth comb! It was glistening. I was so excited to get my vehicle back and wasn’t expecting this added act of kindness. My car literally looks brand new, and it’s a 2006! Thanks so much center service! :)

So the insurance estimate paper allowed for this place to have my car 8 days– They had it 17 days, and had the audacity to think I was unreasonable for being a little peeved at their slowness. Not to mention when I’d call and they would give me a date– it wouldn’t be ready! Happened like 4 times! WTH! I won’t ever go there again.

This place is great! My car was pretty messed up and they did a fantastic job fixing it up. And they also cleaned the inside of my car, washed the exterior, and I think waxed it too. Dan the manager is very helpful as are the ladies up front. It is a VERY busy place but I’m pretty sure they’ll get you an estimate right away even w/​o an appt. They also seem to be very adept at dealing with insurance companies. Basically, they have their business down and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them for any accident related car repairs.

I took my car here after getting in an accident. It was in pretty bad shape so it was going to take a couple weeks to get it fixed. All of the other auto body shops in Morgantown I talked to told me it would be a couple of weeks before they even would take my car. Some of them even told me that I would have to wait a few days before they would give me an estimate. However, I was told I could come over to Center Service anytime I’d like while they were open to get an estimate and they took it that same day.
When I got my car back it looked great, the body and paint job were excellent. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was unnecessary, but appreciated. I got my car back on the date they originally estimated that I would. I was very happy. If for some reason I get into another accident, although hopefully I will not, I would take my car here again. They worked with my insurance company and it wasn’t a hassle at all.
