I was handled very poorly at C&M while my vehicle was in for inspection. They have ZERO customer service skills. They acted as if I were a burden to them for bringing my vehicle in. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to them, unless you like being treated disrespectfully.

Mike has been our mechanic for years, pretty much ever since we moved here 15 years ago. He has worked on every car we had. The main reason we go there is because we trust him. He doesn’t tell us things are wrong that aren’t, he tries to squeeze us in when he can, and he does good work.
I remember taking our Formula Firebird to someone else in town, before we new C&M, and asked them to rotate our tires. They did, and then the tires were rubbing. I took it to Mike, and he said that’s because the rear wheels (or wheel wells) are a different size than the front, so you can’t rotate front to back.
But the honesty is the most important thing. I don’t care if its more expensive, or whatever, as long as when he tells me it needs something, I know that it does. There’s been times when I took our car in because I thought it needed something, and it didn’t, he just made a quick adjustment and didn’t even charge me for it.
I don’t even think about going anywhere other than C&M. They do engine and body work, so you don’t need to go anywhere else.
