Established in 1991.
Bel-Cross Properties was established in 1991 as a property management firm and has grown to be a leader in property management in the Morgantown Area. They are the only member of both the National Association of REALTORS and National Association of Residential Property Management in the area. With a friendly staff, and expert knowledge in the field, Bel-Cross Properties is the front runner of the management field in Morgantown. Bel-Cross currently manages residential apartments and houses, office space, storage buildings, and homeowner associations. In addition to this, they list and sell all types of property and land.

Business Owner
Arthur is the broker and owner of Bel-Cross Properties. He grew up with a background in real estate, and has a wide spectrum of experience in the real estate field.
Arthur currently co-chairs the City of Morgantown Housing Advisory Committee. He also serves on the Morgantown Board of REALTORS Board of Directors and is president of the North Central West Virginia Real Estate Information Network MLS. Arthur has been a member of the National Association of Realtors® since 2005. Arthur was the 2011 Morgantown Board of REALTORS president, and wrote a weekly column for the Dominion Post. He served on the MBOR’s State Convention Committee, overseeing marketing and education. Previous positions that he held were vice-president, chair and co-chair of the technology committee, programs committee, MLS director, and education committee for the Morgantown board, and 2013 REALTOR of the Year.
Arthur holds a ABR, GREEN, GRI and SRES designation, and belongs to NARPM.
