Established in 2014.

Vicki Antion Nelson and Scott McGee have represented hundreds of individuals diagnosed with mesothelioma and asbestos lung cancer in West Virginia. In 2014, Antion McGee Law Group was founded to concentrate on providing a hands-​on, full service asbestos practice, where the attorneys handle all aspects of a client’s asbestos case. Building on their combined decades’ long experience, Vicki and Scott utilize their familiarity with the premise sites and sources of exposure to asbestos in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and other states to help each client recover for their injuries and to assist co-​counsel in prosecuting their asbestos mesothelioma and lung cancer cases.
