History

Established in 2013.

The Running Shop was built with the same passion and determination that drives every runner to finish their race. We created this place so that every type and level of fitness enthusiast could come here to share ideas, discuss training and ultimately fulfill their athletic endeavors. Our purpose and mission was created by thousands of miles of running, hiking, swimming and cycling. Developed on cross country courses, off road trails and the road, we eventually fined tuned our skill and product knowledge to understand what every athlete is eventually searching for. This is how we became, this is what we do and this is why we’re here.

I am a husband and father of two. I love being outdoors, whether I’m backpacking or trail running, racing a marathon or pushing my kids in the baby jogger. I am passionate about serving my community and helping others achieve their goals. If I could accomplish anything it would be to step foot on every country in the world. I say if you don’t like something, change it. Anyone can whenever they want. Persistence and determination will help anyone finish their race. Whatever distance.
