Came here around 630 pm to pick up a tire pump. The sign on the door said they were closed. Guy saw me through the window opened up shop and let me buy a pump and even asked if I needed anything else? Let him know that Unilocal said he was open he apologized and said that those are summer hours. He helped me out and found what I needed. Very friendly knowledgable too. Thank you!

I recently took my 2013 Giant Defy 2 road bike to the Morgan Hill shop initially to address an issue with shifting on the front large chainring. The person who helped me resolved the issue quickly and without charge. I asked if he saw anything else that should be addressed and I received the advice that I would have to get a tune up eventually as I was running out of minor adjustments on the cables and he noticed that the head tube assembly needed adjusting. So since I was there and had time I went ahead and had the tune-​up done during that visit. The tune was completed the same day at the predicted time.
I went for a ride the next day… Wow! The tune-​up did wonders! I was shifting very smoothly through all gears effortlessly and the chain was engaging appropriately — immediately after shifting. In addition to repairing my shifting issues, there were other adjustments made to the head tube, shifting and braking cables, break pads, etc. To top it off the drive train was cleaned very well as there was a huge build up of gunk on the rear cog set. Bottom line — my bike now rides at least the same as it did when I first purchased it from Sunshine and arguably better. My expectations on the tune up were exceeded. Thanks to the person (s) who serviced by bike. I really appreciate the exceptional service provided by Sunshine Bicycles.

No plans to come back anytime soon. I hadn’t been in for a few months since they charged me for an adjustment on a near– new bike I’d bought there, plus an additional adjustment that I hadn’t requested. Today I bought an accessory for $ 15.99 that seemed quite high, and a quick check online showed it was 9,99−10.99 with a list of 11.41 (odd number huh?). I’m ok with supporting local business by paying list price, but list +40%? I don’t think so.
At least they are generally friendly and helpful while gouging you. Just beware you are paying extra for that convenience.

Small but very nice and clean bike shop. The customer service was excellent but I didn’t expect anything different. I have went to the Sunshines in Gilroy as well and got the same quality service. If you’re unsure of what bicycle you are looking for, the staff definitely takes their time in explaining the difference in bikes. No pressure of a persistent sales person.

I purchased a bike inner tube here and they put it on and everything, well a couple of weeks later when I went to actually put the wheel back on the bike, the inner tube was flat. So I took it back and they took care of the cost for a new one. So very thankful! It really means a lot to have excellent customer service like that.

Worked across the street for over a year, finally checked this place out, and wow! what an awesome place to get a bike. I bought my wife her first Giant here and couldn’t be happier! Matt really took the time to explain the different qualities of bikes and what I needed to properly accommodate the wife’s needs and my pocket book, thanks for a great ride sunshine bicycles!

Great people here! They really care about their customers and are biking enthusiasts. Not just road bikes, but commuter bikes, kids bikes — everything! I got the best service here I have probably gotten anywhere in a long time. So friendly and go out of there way to make sure you are happy with your bike. Fixed some minor problem I was having with my bike on the spot, while I was waiting, for no charge! Where else do you get that kind of service?

Bought both my kids bikes here and received great service and fair prices. The have helped me out by fixing flats while I waited as well.

We moved to Morgan Hill last November. We had 2 bikes that had been our sons. Structurally OK although needed a «make over». Sunshine made them look like new. From the grips, brake cables, tires and tubes. They looked like new and work great now. Nice group of folks and fast professional service.

Great local bike shop. I brought my almost 15 year old road bike in for an issue I was having as well as a tune up. The bike rides like brand new. Service is great and prices just as good. So far they are very nice and friendly. I just turned my bike in to replace tires and do a tune up. They are a bit busy which means they have a lot of customers. I was hoping it would be done quickly in winter. Anyway, no immediate service. I will update you after it’s done.

Bought a couple bikes for the kids this Christmas from sunshine. It was a pleasure to work with Normand the rest of his staff. Great people and a great store. u will definitely be back.

Sunshine Bikes is the only bike shop I will ever go to if I can help it. Norm is absolutely the most helpful person and always fun to talk with. Ask for Eddie if you ever need anything, he will make sure you are always in good hands as he has an excellent knowledge of bicycles. These guys are the best.

The owner here is great! Within the many trips I’ve made here interacting with most of the staff I would say the entire establishment is awesome! For certain things the selection might be slim, as it is a small shop. Everyone has been very friendly.

The best I have ever seen.
My wife and I have both bought bikes from this place. They are friendly and never talk down to you, which is a great change of pace from other spots. The guy took the time to help me with a patch kit and was kind and attentive. Usually when you spend 5 bucks someone wants to just get you out of the damn store. Never felt that here, it helped make the decision to buy another bike there a few weeks later that much easier.

I LOVE this place! My sister bought her cruiser there, and was so happy with her experience there, I bought mine! everyone there is so helpful, so nice a nd patience, especially when we have no clue about what we need, just that be everything is so cute… lol

I came here during the summer while I was waiting for a friend to get off work. I pinched a tube on my mountain bike and was hoping to ride that day, but didn’t have a tube or a tool kit unpacked yet. Took it down to these guys and they replaced the front and rear tubes with heavy duty’s for a decent price. The service was quick and the guy didn’t charge me for one of the tires since I purchased both tubes.
I walked out feeling satisified and happy, as well as with some other goodies.

We first came by on a Sunday just before they closed. They were busy putting things away, but were still extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction for bikes that met my description. They even gave me a catalogue so I could look the options over.
The next week when we came back, I tried out several bikes and they were helpful and informative. Really happy with my purchase and the experience — will definitely be going back there for my biking needs.
I’m not a hard-​core biker — got a bike to run my dogs with — so I can’t comment on how helpful they’ve be for someone that is advanced. But for a casual biker like myself, I appreciated their knowledge and their helpful attitude. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to anyone.
