I had a what I thought was a very serious issue with state. I was referred to Phil by my attorney.
Phil was kind enough to see me immediately (within 1 hour of meeting my attorney). Once I arrived, Phil read through my documentation and notices and calmed me down.
Phil explained the situation to me and told me not to worry. He called the people we needed to talk to and within 30 minutes he resolved what I thought was a very serious tax situation mis-​understanding and resolved it.
His demeanor, professionalism and competence are superb. I would recommend him to help deal/​resolve tax issues and I look forward to using him in the future.
