Mr. Appliance Of Los Gatos

Chris at Mr. Appilance Of Los Gatos, came out today, and repaired my 14 year old Bosch dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to repair it on the spot. I am very pleased with his expertise and knowledge of my broke dishwasher. I would highly recommend this company, to my friends and family. Kevin Reid

One evening we smelled a strange smokey odor in the kitchen, but couldn’t identify the source. No, it wasn’t my cooking. The next day, we discovered that our fridge had died. We didn’t realize that the two things were related. I checked Unilocal to look at ratings of repairmen, and called a few. Mr. Repair was about the fourth place I called, as, at the time, they only had one review — but it was a good one. The owner picked up, and we had a nice chat, at the end which he said he’d be sending over his technician. The tech (business partner) arrived shortly. After a quick examination of the fridge, and a brief history of its life by me, he asked if I had smelled anything funny in the vicinity of the fridge recently. DING DING DING! He had it! He explained to me what the problem was, and said he thought he might have the part in the truck — and, in fact, he did! He was able to get my fridge back up and running cooly in a matter of about 1.5 hours from from my initial call!
I should also add that the gentleman who had taken my initial call (the owner\business partner of the tech) came by the house during the repair just to introduce himself and say hello. These are great guys, very professional and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough. And I owe them am apology for not posting this review several months ago.

I’m way late in writing this review… it was a smooth service with a polite and respectful team.
Our front loading washer stopped working the week before Labor Day. My husband found Mr. Appliance and scheduled an appointment with Kurt. I met Chris who was able to identify that there was a short in the door sensors telling the machine not to start. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how it happened, and what I could do in the future to try and prevent it from happening again. He ordered parts and returned to install. The install was quick and easy. Chris was on time every time that he came to our home, even on Friday afternoon heading into a holiday weekend. He even gave us a quick tips on an icing issue in our freezer. We will call again when we have our next appliance issue.

Our Thanksgiving day started out as good as any day when you have 12 people coming for dinner. We prepped our Turkey and were hurrying to get it in the oven. When we turned our oven on sparks flew. Apparently the heating element exploded. Suddenly are calm Thanksgiving morning turn to panic. We had guests coming hours away and the turkey lay there cold and shivering like the thoughts going through our heads knowing that no one would be available to fix our oven we were panicked. But as luck would have it we found Mr Appliance and unbelievably they had a element for our oven in stock. The installation was done in a hurry and we soon had heat in our oven. The formerly shivering Turkey was brown and moist! Very Thankful Kurt and his team saved our Thanksgiving get together!

I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. They called me back the same day I put in the service request and Chris, the technician was able to come the very next morning. The appointment was set for 10:15 and at 10:05 he pulled up. He had my washer fixed and a load of laundry going within the hour. He took the time to explain the issue, how he resolved it, the explanation he was providing to the warranty company, and why the explanation was so important. I will definitely be using this company again in the very near future!

My Samsung Dryer stopped working. I called the warrantee company and Chris, the service manager for Mr. Appliance was able to come out the next day. Although he did not have the part on his truck, he was able to order the part and come out the next day. Mr. Appliance of Los Gatos exceeded my expectations for quick response and excellent customer service.

I called in because my refrigerator was not not staying cold. They were able to set an appointment for the next day but mentioned that they may have enough time to come by the same day. They called me in the early afternoon and we’re able to fix my problem the same day. They had the part on the truck and we were back in business. They were polite, punctual and fixed my refrigerator at a reasonable price the same day. They went above and beyond to make us happy. I would definately use them again.
