History
Established in 2014.
We were founded in 2007 in Plano, Texas, by Rich Hicks and Todd Istre who had a vision to bring a superior burger experience to Dallas-Fort Worth. Since that time, we’ve continued growing throughout the U.S. and internationally. One thing that has remained consistent is our obsession with quality and freshness, and others have taken note. We have been ranked 1st overall in Restaurant Business’s 2013 Future 50 list and listed as No. 12 in Fast Casual Magazine’s annual Top 100 Movers & Shakers 2014. We love the attaboys, but we get the biggest kick out of making the perfect burger for every Guest.

The Morgan Hill MOOYAH is owned and operated by Terry Ratto. Terry is a former general contractor who is no stranger to the restaurant business. He is an investor in the San Francisco restaurant Spruce. He encountered the MOOYAH brand while traveling in Texas and was immediately hooked.
