Make It Mine

I came in one day to have them help me embroider a note on a blanket I made. It was a simple job but still they needed a few days to do it so definitely call in advance to know how early you must bring it in! The woman at the desk stressed how difficult the spacing would be (oops sorry) but thankfully it came out beautifully and the recipient adores the personal touch on the blanket!

I was in a jam when I asked MIM to fill my order. I was ready to concede that it would be impossible to get 13 team t-​shirts in time for Ragnar Napa Valley 2015. MIM is a local business that I checked with and I am glad that I did. The owner was very clear that certain types of T-​shirt designs take longer or are more difficult to make (black t-​shirts with tiny white lettering, for example). However, I was flexible with the order and this enabled MIM to find a way to meet my deadline. The day after placing my order, someone from MIM personally contacted me and suggested a better design for the T-​shirt (they attached a PDF picture of the idea). I was happy with that new design (it was way better). In the end, the T-​shirts were perfect. The order was filled on time. The price I received was better than expected in such a short timeframe. I am very glad I chose MIM for making our team shirt. If I ever do this again I know that MIM needs at least 2 weeks, anything less is unreasonable. That said, I received excellent service from MIM and I will go there again if I ever need their services in the future.

Make it Mine use to be the place I would recommend to friends and family.
Due to my latest experiences, I will no longer do business with them.
I had them sew a patch on a very expensive leather vest. It was clearly sewn on unevenly. Since it was sewn on leather, it couldn’t be fixed.
I attempted to give them another chance by having them do some embroidering for me. A man came from the back room of the store and acted like I was bothering him. There was no greeting no customer service. The owners of this business were always cordial and helpful. The people they have working for them need a lesson on customer service or their business is going to go down the tubes. They’ve lost my business.

I’ve been a customer here for several years mainly because there are no other embroidery shops in Morgan Hill. Their work is often spotty and the customer service is poor at best. Also, be prepared to wait several weeks or more for the most basic jobs. I recently had a very expensive clothing item ruined because they embroidered it in the wrong location. I was given a partial refund but only after arguing with the clerk. I’m still out several hundred dollars. If you value your time and property, look elsewhere.

On 9÷17÷14, Logan Couture of the San Jose Sharks held a fundraiser for the Sierra LaMar Search Center at Britton Middle School. To thank him and to show our appreciation to the school district, we decided to have three plaques made. One was to be presented to Logan, the second plaque was to be presented to the Morgan Hill Unified School District Superintendent, Steve Betando and the 3^rd to the Principal of Britton, Glenn Web. We contacted Barbara and Terry of Make It Mine three business days before the event and placed our order. The plaques were ready the morning of the event and were absolutely beautiful. When I picked up the plaques, Barbara and Terry would not accept payment for them. They said they would love to donate them to the cause and only asked for a photograph in return to hang in there wonderful facility. The media representative from the Sharks will provide a picture and soon it will be hung at Make It Mine in Morgan Hill. Please look for the photograph when you patronize Make It Mine, it truly is a wonderful establishment and a asset to Morgan Hill!

These guys rock. We were trying to put together a promotional t-​shirt for a conference and although we had a short time-​frame and (sorry) made a couple changes (color of shirt and quantity), they were absolutely great and delivered in time.
I will use them again and again in the future. The most important thing for us was that they could deliver quality in a timely fashion. They deserve 6 stars!

Very pleased with my experience. I’m pretty sure they thought I was the most annoying customer wanting embroidered beach towels but with embroidery I’ve has bad experiences in the past and I wanted it done right. I changed my mind on names, style and size and ended up emailing them a picture of what I wanted. They were able to complete it perfectly and didn’t seem too annoyed :) I couldn’t be happier with them and this will be my new go to embroidery place… if they let me in the door.

They do great work. They monogrammed a blanket for an employee who had just had a baby girl. It was beautiful.

This place is great! If you need something done fast in south county this is were you go. I needed some simple logos on a couple shirts… BEAUTIFUL!

These guys are awesome! I worked with them to find tote bags for our vegetable delivery service and have our logos printed on them. Before going to them I had researched many internet options and was a bit lost in the process. It was so helpful to speak with their knowledgeable staff people, and they even matched the price I had found online. We just got our bags a few days ago, and they’re perfect!

Long time business in Morgan Hill. They do a great job, customer service is always good and prices are competitive. They will work with you to meet your deadline, particularly if you are in a rush.

Highly recommend this place, reasonable prices, fast turn around and the best service!
They made custom made shirt for me twice, one for a friends 40^th birthday, one for my daughters birthday, more than happy! Not to mention the tons of compliments received!
