History

Established in 1977.

Engineering Techniques began in a garage as a hobby and doing a few jobs for neighbors. Soon we were getting rush jobs from their businesses and from there word spread. By 1979 we were outgrowing the garage, by 1980 it was time to incorporate.

Once again word of mouth brought more customers, especially rush jobs. Marsh, our founder, pulled many «all-​nighters». The 80’s 90’s brought us many customers and some fascinating work for the computer, medical and space exploration industries.

In 2009 we moved to Morgan Hill where we continue to produce top quality high precison parts specializing in fine wire Electrical Discharge Machining.
