Always a pleasant experience. They have reasonable prices on used car parts, not to mention great selection! I even purchase salvaged vehicles from them, and they have all the correct paperwork for the transaction ready to go. I would recommend making a visit.

BE CAREFUL, my car was towed there after an accident and they mailed me a certified letter with a note and a DMV document — it seemed a little odd because I thought my insurance said they were taking care of everything. I let the agent know and sure enough he said —
«Do not sign those or turn those in. They are trying to sell the salvage of
your vehicle (which is our job). Just call the tow yard and make sure that
the vehicle is released so that we may pick it up and we will pay all
charges and take care of the rest.»
I felt this could be very mis-leading — sending a certified letter and making it seem very important to return the documents to them in a timely fashion.

I was in a car accident last year while driving on 101.
The CHP had this company tow my car since it was totaled and I was headed to the hospital. They stored it for less than 24 hours but I was charged for two calendar days of storage ($ 65 per day). Since it was a Friday and they are closed on the weekend I had to have them tow the vehicle to my home. On the phone I was told this would be $ 180. When I showed up they doubled that price but since it was almost 5pm I had no choice but to pay that or have them store my vehicle for another few days.
