Walked in and there was only one associate working. She was with a customer — the only other customer in the store — and was chatting above movies while waiting for customers device. It took the associate 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence. She then told me it would be 45 minutes(yes, you read that right … FORTYFIVE minutes) before she could be available to assist me. I left and went to the Gilroy location, where I was promptly greeted, waited for only maybe 5 minutes to be helped, and was out the door in 10. I am sympathetic to single coverage situations as I’ve worked retail in the past but if you are to remain in business, you need to learn to multi task.

I feel like I relive the same, consistent experience each time I come here. Busy as all get out, employees have zero sense of urgency and don’t acknowledge customers as they come through the door to even let them know«we will be with you as soon as we can». It’s like a special hell of its own, endless waiting and all. I’ve now been here for twenty minutes, watching two employees slowly discuss options and phones and plans with two equally slow customers. They are mistaken if they think this level of commitment to individual customers is great service; the long line of us is being completely ignored. If you need to come here, plan on spending a good part of your day listening to matchbox 20 on repeat and slowly becoming unhinged as you stare at the neurotic bright orange walls. I finally just left.

I want to thank ten and mike for such a wonderful experience at this AT&T store. For the last few months I have been paying an outrageous amount on my phone bill I went in to see what I can do. Mike was able to use one of my pay stubs that made me eligible for a employee discount and also changed my plan to make sure I was getting what I payed for !! Thanks a bunch

I have had amazing customer experiences. The manager of the store, Mike runs the operation highly oriented to customer service and satisfaction. You will hard pressed to find anyone more knowledgeable about the product and services and Mike passes this knowledge to his staff. Can’t miss. Worth a drive even if you are not in the immediate area.
