Conner’s Repair Service

History

Established in 1964.

1964: Adam E. (Slim) Conner starts Conner’s Repair Service in his 10′ X 20′ backyard Shop.

1972: Dean Conner starts with the company full time.

1973: Conner’s moves from the backyard shop to a section of a warehouse on Duke Street Morgan City.

1975: Conner’s Repair Service is Incorporated.

1977: Conner’s Repair moves again to Sandra Street in Morgan City.

1978: Conner’s Repair is signed as an ACDelco Warehouse Distributor.

1989: Adam Conner passes away, Dean Conner takes the reigns of the Company.

1996: Conner’s Battery Service is started. We operated the first ACDelco Battery Truck.

1999: Conner’s Repair starts to transition from a wharehouse distribution facility towards a remanufacturing facility.

2004: Conner’s Auto Electric, LLC moves to Bayou Vista focused on starting and charging systems.

2006: Michael D Conner starts with the company and Conner’s expands marine, industrial, and agriculutural capabilities. Conner’s begins to remanufacture air and turbine starting products.
