. and called Dan. He came out to the property and although the door couldnt be repaired he gave me a fair price on a new door. Needless to say he came out the next day and installed the doors. so very professional. he has my business from now on!!! Thanks Dan! !!

I was having an issue where my garage door would not close. I call all the garage door service companies in my area who all quoted me $ 80 to $ 200 just to come out and recalibrate my garage door. I called Victory Garage door and spoke with Dan. He gave me a few tips and said he wanted to save me from having to pay any money since times were hard. He was able to fix my issue with his pointers right over the phone. I’m sure my garage door system needs replacing and will definitely call Victory Garage doors! Thank you so much Dan! My garage door opener was struggling to get the door up, and it was impossible for me to manually open it. After seeing all the great reviews for this company, I called to inquire about getting it fixed. Dan walked me through checking whether the springs were broken, and it didn’t appear that they were. He quoted me a very reasonable price for a service call, and I called back later to schedule it.
Dan showed up a few minutes early, and after checking the springs he informed me that one was indeed broken. He gave me a great price to replace them both, and actually changed them out right then! He lubricated the opener chain, and I don’t think it’s ever been so quiet!
Prompt, efficient, and professional work, I highly recommend this company!

We used Dan some time back, after a couple panels on our garage door bent severely, making it impossible to open or close. Dan was able to come out that same evening the door broke to view the damage. He was even thoughtful to help pry the garage door open, so our family car wasn’t stuck in the garage. Once assessing the damage, come to find out, the whole door needed to be replaced. Not fun news! But Dan was well priced. Didn’t try to sell more than need be, or charge anything beforehand, as another company did on the sly when coming out to give a quote. The parts came in for the door in less than a couple days. Dan repaired it the following morning, all within less than a weeks time. And did an excellent job. Our garage almost exactly matches the previous one, so no issues with HOA. And it runs great. Haven’t had an problem since. Very satisfied with his service. And might I add how happy we were to have our garage door back in use. Thanks again Dan!

We had a tension spring break on our garage door. The technition came between the scheduled time, and replaced the spring quickly. They even lubricated the garage door components for free as well.
The price quote over the phone did not change after it was fixed, which i appreciate greatly. There was no upselling either.

The spring on our garage door broke the night before we were supposed to start moving.
My wife called Dan at 8:30 on Friday and he returned our call that night and was at our house less than 12 hours later. Dan had the spring replaced and retensioned in about 30 minutes. He had everything ready to go before the movers got to our house.
This is the second time we’ve used their services and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

Victory Garage Service has been in business for over 20 years. I called to get my garage door fixed from my rental property Monday afternoon. Owner came by replaced springs and hasp. Great work at a fair price. I will use this company for any future garage door needs.

Called this company approximately 6:30a on a Saturday morning while I was on hold with my home warranty service company for 30 minutes. Realizing it was too early to get a anyone on the phone locally I hung up the phone and remained on hold with my home warranty company who I found out does not cover this. I immediately received a call back from Dan who is the owner of this company saying he had missed my call. I told Dan that my garage door would not go up after my daughter left for work. He asked me to go outside and had me look at the springs. One of the garage door springs had snapped. He told me how much it was going to cost to repair and he would be here within an hour to an hour and a half. Dan was here around 8:50a. Replaced both springs on the door and lubed in areas where needed. Dan was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. He was done within the hour. I highly recommend Dan and his company. If you need repairs on your garage door, please call Dan. You will be very happy and pleased you did. His fees are very much reasonable as I am a single parent on a budget. Our garage door tension spring broke and so I called very late at night on 9 – 24 and left a message. Dan returned my called first thing the next day :) and scheduled to be at our house by around 10 AM on the same day (9 – 24). We asked for a quote over the phone before agreeing and his price was the cheapest and he was available right away since he was already in Redlands.
Dan came on time and replaced the broken tension springs (we always opt to change both). Dan honored is quote and even changed the tension springs to something of better quality than what we had.
We will definitely keep his number handy and share it with friends.

I called for an estimate for a rental property in Moreno Valley and Dan went out to take a look. He called me with a rough price. I called back later and asked for a written estimate for my records and he promised to email it that evening. I never saw it and never got a response when I called a week later. I am busy and wasted too much time attempting to give business to this company. Don’t waste your time.

Don is an honest man, I called other garage door companies with higher ranking and more reviews on Unilocal first to get the price for replacing the grade door broken spring .
Their price was 30% higher compare to the price that Dan quoted me. After he came to the house and inspected the door, he recommended to change the door. After I listened to his reasoning, I agreed and he changed the door the day after. He was fast to install and everything was working nice. I recommend him to people in Moreno Valley who want to fix or change their garage doors with right price and fast.
