I went to this store on Tuesday to purchase a bracelet for my mom that I was going to purchase from the Temecula store on Monday. The staff at this TJ Maxx location were 100% professional and helpful. They definitely have prime customer service skills.
I will definitely return to this store in the near future.

The store is amazing. however I walk in and there are no shopping carts. if you want me to buy something you should supply a cart. I had to find my own cart and when I walked into the parking lot there are carts everywhere… this tells me the staff is lazy no one would help me find a cart…

Everyone here is really nice. I came in with a pair of shorts that I wanted to return but I lost my receipt and somehow I didn’t have the sticker with the price tag on it. The lady at the register was so nice about it and she had someone go and find a pair like the ones I bought so that they could use the price off that tag so I could get my money back. I was very pleased that they found a solution to help me out. Everyone here always in a good mood and they make my shopping experience great!

I just left this store and had a wonderful shopping experience… within 5 minutes of walking in I was greeted 3 times from employees in the following sections: purse, dressings room (as I was walking by) and the juniors/women’s area. I felt welcomed by everyone especially Veronica in the dressing room and and as result I will be returning. FYI the Marshall’s in Chino should take notes. this is how to treat your customers

I’ve been to other TJ Maxx stores across the country, plus other similar competitors, and this location exceeded my expectations of ANY store. I was greeted and asked at least 2 times if I needed help. Other fellow customers were treated the same. The store was impeccably organized and clean. And the overall experience gave me a better sense of a new future for customer service in retail stores. Thank you TJ Maxx of Moreno Valley for an excellent experience when all I needed was a shower liner.

My sister and I went to this location 3÷12÷14. I bought a purse and some pretty fake flowers. The purse has come apart at the zipper. I don’t have the receipt but have my credit card statement to show the manager Sarah C. I was hoping for an eazy exchange. I waited FOREVER for Sarah to «find the transaction» I couldn’t wait any longer so she called me later. She still couldn’t find the transaction, so I’ve had a purse for one month and there is nothing she will do. I live in Riverside and this was out of my way. My sister and I usually get together on Wednesday. So that store was on our outing list for that day. I was willing to pay extra for a different purse to no avail. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN

I really really like this store. It’s a TJ Maxx connected to a Homegoods. The store is very large and very neat. I end up spending a lot more time and money here than I usually planned to. Great store.

This store is so garbage. I was so excited when I heard talk around the community about TJ ‘s and couldn’t wait to see what I was missing. To be honest after being to this store today and viewing what it has to offer Im wishing they would have put a Marshals instead. This place was way over priced for the clothing and didn’t have much of current fashion choices. They had Macy prices with Kmart customer service. The few people available to help acted like they truly had somewhere better to be and didn’t like there job. Just RUDE. In these days in time people like to get there”$” worth and buying some slacks at$ 69.00 per pants and they are all so basic fashion, will keep me shopping at Burlington coat factory in which I went to leaving there and got 2 full outfits and a spring dress for $ 120 now that’s money well spent and the employees helped me with no issues…

This IS a good TJ Maxx connected to Homegoods which always makes it just that much better.
I prefer the Runway locations and didn’t find anything here any of the times that I have been here but they do have a good selection, its not as full as other locations and its clean and well organized.
Worth a look if you are in the area but not worth driving out of your for way for.

This TJ Maxx is really big! It is connected to their affiliated store, Home Goods.
The store has everything.
There were tons of purses & an entire wall of scarves!
The womens and jrs. section was plentiful!
I didn’t get a chance to look through the mens section, but will do on my next visit!
The cashier was nice and there were plenty of registers open so there wasn’t a wait!
I would highly recommend this TJ Maxx in comparison to others.

I love TJ Maxx! Although I’ve been deprived of it since none were really close to my parents, this new addition to their location list is just awesome.
Environment is nice and clean and organized (for now), as it is new… we will see how long that stays that way. I would really hate to see it go to pits, given the location.
This TJ Maxx is connected to HomeGoods, which is also amazinggg. I could spend hours here… and I do.
