Girl with the teal hair had horrible customer service when I came in to send off my package. Her speech and people skills were poor.

This stores customer service and all around business practices have been a pain from the start. When i first purchace my mail box service two years ago they gave me a box and then gave the same box to another customer. For a couple of weeks my mail was compromise because The other customer and myself where getting mail to the same box.
When the store remodel was going on i was unable to get mail because store was not open during the stated business hours. i would go on Saturday to pick up my packages and the store would not open. even the contractors that where doing the work at the store where there waiting for somebody to show up and open the store and it was already around noon.
Now the latest, got two packages return to sender because an employee there told the carrier that i no longer have a box there even though i pay for my full year in advance. I will be cancelling my service there and finding a new location.

Would give them a 0 stars if I could I have gotten two phone stolen by them the packages just happened to get *damaged while shipping * from their store to the distribution center now today I go in to ship a laptop and I tell them that this is a vary important package and needs to be delivered by Monday they said OK sir it will get their monday for sure. As I was checking the shipping address they had it set up for ground shipping and wouldn’t get their till Friday. I’m so glade I caught this. On top of this they got mad at me when I told them to unpack the laptop from their special laptop box because I was going elsewhere. Will never be going here again

Since the flood things have gotten back to regular. I was given an incentive to stay with them, an additional month free of charge IF I purchased another contract with them (minimum 3 months). I wasn’t happy about it but they seem to have their shit together right now & it’s literally around the corner from my home business. It’s been 30 days & no hiccups, the girls are the friendlier of the staff, knowledgeable & professional, however the guys could use some customer service etiquette as well as service & over all company knowledge. I can live with it tho

What’s the point of offering a notary service if the notary leaves early for the day when I need them? That’s like going to a restaurant to eat, and when you order your food, they tell you the chef left early that day. Fail.

I don’t mind coming here every now and then because of the convenience .but the men who work here are pretty perverted and unprofessional. Just the other day, I came in with a classmate to make a few copies out of a text book and the entire time we were there, the ‘gentlemen’ in the store kept passing sexual innuendos pertaining to me, amongst one another. Being the ONLY woman in the store at the time, it was too obvious… as if I didn’t notice their filthy humor was directed at me. Oh, and yes, I heard most of which was said which is HOW I knew it were pertaining to me specifically. As a psych major, I know people will be people but you would think that as professionals, they would have LEAST waited until I left the store. I suppose little boys can’t control themselves though…

If there was an option to put 0 stars that’s what this place deserves!!! My husband received a package and did a «return to sender» to this location and in that package was a $ 450 kit GoPro 4 and all of a sudden it’s missing. HOW THE FUCK DID THAT HAPPEN. Now we’re shit out of luck and have to pay the rental fee of that GoPro which was $ 60 and on top of that the retail price of the GoPro that was $ 450. Fuckin ridiculous. They didn’t even offer a receipt for the tracking number so now it’s going to seem like we kept the damn thing. I’m sure if I ask the manager or the owner about the camera footage I’m pretty sure they won’t give me shit and deny they got anything.

I dropped off a package which contained an iPhone 5. Apple never received the iphone. Instead it was replaced with a stolen Samsung display phone. I would never go to this place again. I’m lucky Apple didn’t charge me.

Horrible service! They should fire that lazy guy!!! He never answer me any questions! The only thing he knows is «I don’t know!» ??? Excuse me!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I was sent there by Verizon to return something. Bottom line I paid 50 cents for a piece of tape because the employee didn’t want to repack the item like he was supposed to. Lazy guy with bad service
