I use to LOVE this Target. Convenient, well maintained and close to home. However I think I’m switching over to Walmart. This Target just can’t seem to get it’s shit together. The bathrooms always seem to be left in a disgusting manner. But my real problem with this Target is their cashiers! They don’t know what the hell they are doing. There’s a bunch of people in line and they want to talk about my shirt or whatever other dumb thing they talk about. Get people through the line! You can still be courteous while being fast. Last night I go in there and there’s massive lines. They open up one line, and I’m second in line. I have three items, on the belt, still in a hand held carrier. The next cashier comes up to open a new line and takes the guy behind me? WTF? Then they open another line right next to the one I’m in, and again, take somebody else but me? I’m STILL in line waiting to check out. Then I finally go to pay for my items and the following happens: Cashier: Hello, how are you? Me: Fine Cashier: Do you have a red card? Me: Yes Cashier: If you had a red card you could be saving 5%! Me: It’s in the machine! Cashier: Oh. Seriously these guys must make some major commission off these red cards. I’m holding the red card in my hand, and inserting it into the machine and he’s still asking me to sign up for one. What gives Target? Unfortunately this hasn’t been an isolated incident. Time and time again it’s been a major pain to get out of the store. I don’t care how nice it is, or how they stock food, if I can’t get my stuff and get out, there’s no point. It’s like having a brand new Ferrari in the garage with no motor. It’s just pointless. Hello Walmart.

Went to the restroom and a team member were doing his thing but once he’s done, he didn’t wash his hands. Tsk tsk tsk. And a sign was even put on to the mirror of the restroom saying«A team member should wash there hands.»

Always long lines, only 3 check stands open on a Monday ., you would think it would be in their best interest to get people in & out, but nope. It’s staring to feel like wal mart.

This place is messy. I saw 3 carts with dirty diapers inside of them. Most employees are off task in the back just sitting in the lounge not working. It took me 20 minutes to find an employee. This current employee was nice, I’m prey sure this employee is always working and not sitting in the back of the store like a moreon. Before this an lady employee was rude and didnt help me find my item all she said was«we don’t have it» in a rude way. If you are applying for this job make your customers rate you five stars

I love this target. Big and spacious and always has a good sale section and bigger variety. There is a Starbucks inside which is awesome for me. The only thing is I would not get the pre packaged red meat there. Otherwise I love it!

Ever since we got to America, grocery shopping is straight to Walmart. There are some food and drinks(like my juice with the orange peach flavor, and yakult) that others don’t have. So we still go there for eggs and usual groceries we need. But, if we only need some that we know can find somewhere else, we go to Target. Why? Because. 1. It seems cleaner. 2. Carts are quieter. 3. Accessories are more beautiful. 4. Customer service is way better. 5. We love the dresses: More choices and more stylish. 6. THEYDOPRICEMATCH! But of course, there are still cons. If you compare some of what they’re selling to Walmart and others, most of the time Target is more expensive.

OVERCHARGED $ 16 total on several packages of meat. Price not coming up on scanner as advertised. Heather, the manager, was unsympathetic. Who knows how many customers have been overcharged. They almost made $ 16 extra on me alone. If you shop their meat department, check you prices. Heather threatened to call the police on me for«making a scene». I had no issues with anyone there but her. The team member making the adjustment was very patient and thorough. I would not be complaining if they just addressed the overcharging, but I had to really battle with them to get my money back(with absolutely no help from the manager on duty). Also reported to the BBB.

Love my target down the street. It’s never packed and the Customer service is on target! Anytime I’m looking for something, there’s always a person in red around the corner, ready to pull out their trusty iPhone and search for my item! Kids love the toy aisle and the book section as they are directly across from each other! I love the clothing and the fact that I can get most of my organic and grass fed items! Love my Target!

Frequent Target shopper but recently came across some really bad customer service here. Not sure what it is but some employees have bad judgment.

This is by far the worst Target I have ever been to. We walked in to buy an IPad and I Touch and they were put away and no one wanted to help us. At first we thought they were sold out them we realized it was put away but the site was still open for 5 more minutes and they would not show us anything. The manager didn’t help at all. Poor customer service! I am on my way to Walmart now I’m sure they will keep us.

It’s extremely frustrating to come into the store and attempt to grocery shop when most if the sales ads are not displayed. I shop with a detailed list of what I want, and the sales price listed. However, when I go into the actual store the sales ads are not up and I have to then walak every item over to a price scanner to ensure it is correct. This is extremely inconvenient. I would understand for maybe one item or two. But every item every time is too much. I can’t shop at a place that is going to make it difficult for me to budget for my family.

Heres the difference between walmart and Target: Yesterday I ordered my sons birthday gift through walmart online site to store at 6:52am received a confirmation email stating my order would be ready no later than 10:42 am. I call at 2:50pm to see what was going on with my order just to be told it still wasn’t ready and to give a call back in 30 mins to see if its ready. I call back 1 hour later just to be placed on hold for 20mins+ while simultaneous holding to speak with a supervisor on a different phone(the supervisor never came to the phone) when the site to store employee finally picked up the phone my order still wasn’t ready so I told her to cancel the order. I receive an email from walmart today at 9:01am saying part of my order was ready for pick up. Today I order an item from Target online pick up at 9:53am and received a email at 9:57am saying my order was ready for pick up. This is why I’m a Target girl!

Today, I was helped by the cashier named Donna. She was so polite and helpful! She asked me if I had any coupons with my purchase, and I had some cartwheel coupons. When they didn’t go through, she gave me the tip to go to customer service with the receipt, instead of trying to fight with the app right there. She turned off her light while she was helping me, but still was happy to help a few people behind me. She was just so warm and welcoming and she even loaded my bags into my cart for me. It was a very refreshing experience, and that’s why I also choose this Target over the one on Canyon Springs, even though it’s closer.

Came in today to the optical center and Mary was soooo helpful. She fixed my bent lens and helped me purchase some new contacts. Her customer service was great. I love coming here to get my optical needs.

I love this target. It’s clean! Employees are nice and helpful. I love the $ 5 gift card incentives they offer with a lot of their merchandise. Lines are never long!!! Managers are good about opening additional registers when lines are long. Returns??? Those are easiest. No waiting. I love that if you lose your receipt they can look it up using your credit card. Love target!
