I have a huge passion for encouraging others to live healthily and to always believe in yourself. At the age of thirteen, I was diagnosed with Lupus and suffered some health challenges along the way. Through these challenges, I have found maintaining a healthy nutritious diet, staying active and staying positive mentally has allowed me to overcome so much. I started PowR Meals to encourage individuals that all things are possible if you believe in yourself and stay focused on your goals. I never imagined at this stage in my life I would have the opportunity to take on the exciting journey of owning my own business. I am so blessed and truly excited for what God is doing in my life and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

After reviewing several food delivery services on Unilocal,and other search engines I decided give PowR Meals a shot. I wanted to gift my mother with a week of healthy meals that she didn’t have to cook. She loved the meals! She was really impressed with the flavor and how delicious each meal was! I’ve contacted the owners several times with questions and their replies are always prompt, courteous and helpful. Needless to say, I just placed another order for my mother — this time for 2 weeks. I’ll continue to use this company again and again as their food is delicious and their customer service is on point!

I love Powr Meals! I don’t like to eat out much because there isn’t that many healthy choices and I hate meal prepping because I have to go buy the ingredients and clean up afterwards (cleaning is the worst part). Lucky Powr Meals did that all for me and deliver locally to me as well! They have a great combination of flavorful delicious food! You have to try the «Nice and Tender» its one of the best ones!

Power Meals are a great meal prep company! I highly recommend them if you are looking for great meals conveniently delivered to you at home. They offer a wide variety of meals where as meals usually prepared by ourselves are usually bland and repetitive. Their meals taste great, and they are very well proportioned.
