If you Google this business, you get auto-​suggestions for complaints about them. I wish I had read them before they got my money. I was hoping that being a new business, I was just seeing the effects of growing pains. Each time I try to call them it gets worse. The person I got through to today (after waiting on hold for 15 minutes) couldn’t help me and said a more advanced technician would call back within 20 minutes. I am writing this review after a two hour wait and a follow up call to check, that ended with (giving them the benefit of the doubt) an «accidental disconnect». On one of the complaint pages about them, several people mentioned that they were under investigation. You can read complaints by ex-​employees too. Google them BEFORE you call them. Caveat Emptor!

Terrible waste of time. After hours on the phone, my computer was worse than before. You don’t know who you get and Jacob simply wasn’t qualified. Don’t do it.
