UPDATE, Went to my primary care physician about a week after the incident of 4⁄26 and was told I have a non-curable disease, so I was given about 3 more blood test to check on the disease and lo and behold it turns out I didn’t have the disease. The first positive result was caused by the incident that happened on 4÷26÷16 and all other tests after came back negative. Also have been billed over $ 200 for the unnecessary tests given, so while there have been improvements to this facility since I’ve been back the last few times(staff seems much more professional, attentive, and I got my blood work done within less than 20 — 30 min) I probably won’t be returning due to the incident. I understand the temp was at fault on 4÷26÷16 but again the staff shouldn’t have left them there unattended, and I wouldn’t be paying for these blood test that weren’t necessary in the first place. There shouldn’t be ANY mistakes when it comes to something like this. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////4/26/16, checked in at 7:29 am, staff seemed more attentive than on my previous visit and were asking patients if they were hydrated and had eaten, haven’t been asked that on my other visits here. I was sitting and overheard the women at the front desk make comments such as «am I making any mistakes and I thought I was doing good before I came in today». Also found out that the woman who drew my and others blood was a temp and it was her first day. They made comments that«that they were going to replace her, but not to let her know» also thought it was unprofessional that they made comments like«was this her first job and had she worked anywhere else before?» The temp may have messed up my blood test but why would ALL the regular staff leave for a lunch break and leave someone there alone to do blood tests on their first day w/o being able to ask any questions from someone who had more work experience? So it came time to do my blood test and the doctor was friendly and mentioned that the woman who drew blood 4÷25÷2016 was new, so she does my blood test and I’m good to go after. So yesterday’s experience could’ve been avoided had there been another worker there that could’ve helped the temp out, but instead of course the new person is to blame because no one was here to help.

Extremely slow, why does labcorp have only two locations in riverside. Be prepared to wait. Never any morning appointments available. Slow staff. On their own time not yours.

This place is horrible. Today was my first time coming here I had to bring my son in for lab work, I arrived exactly at 12:30 and he was not seen until 2:00!!! Everyone in the waiting room were complaining on how long it was taking. There were only about 6 patients waiting. Waiting time is just ridiculous, I mean it’s just to draw blood waiting time should not take more than 15 – 20 min. The Phlebotomist is just lazy she refused to weigh my son she told me to just estimate on how much he weighs I asked her«why don’t you just weigh him? I mean the scale is right there» she said she didn’t need the exact weigh so she did the estimate for me. That just showed me she was not doing her job right I wish I would have gotten her name, she is also extremely slow and was the only one there, which is why the waiting time is soooo long. I do give a 5 star to the receptionist she is extremely nice & helpful but that does not make up for the waiting time. I usually go to Quest but due to change of insurance, now I have to come to LabCorp because Quest does not take my insurance :(Quest is alot cleaner, and ALOTFASTER. Hope they hire more Phlebotomist at this location.

Been back since my last review and I have done a 180 degree turn. They have got so much better. The staff is great. They have a new office located just next building over. The new office is clean and much bigger. So props to the company and the employees for changing it up for the better.

In one word«Horrible» this place is like a cattle call! People jammed in the waiting room to be called and the wait was ridiculous! Had an appointment for 9:30 wasn’t seen until 10:30, try to avoid this place or maybe try another Quest!

This place is soooo disgusting. I’m mobility impaired and there was no where to sit. Luckily I made an appointment so my wait wasn’t as long as other people, but the place is packed with pissed off looking people, and seriously thought I was sitting in Juarez. They sit you in the back in one of 4 chairs with all of you staring at each other. So much for HIPAA, doesn’t exist there. I waited for my doc office to call me for almost 4 weeks with the results, finally called them, LabCorp had never sent them to the office, they had to call and get the results sent which took another day or two. The only plus is that the phlebotomist was good.

I was very worried when my physician decided to switch lab group from Quest Diagnostic to this place. More so, I became nervous when I first stepped inside their waiting room. The area was very small, dark and old. The chairs were somewhat dirty(from being old, I think). But after 3 – 4 times visiting this place, so far, it’s not that bad anymore. I would have still preferred QUEST diagnostics(Day St.) but since this is my physicians preferred lab, this will have to do. I have learned to overlook certain things or well, have gotten use to their old, dark waiting room. The front desk ladies are usually quick, professional and efficient. The phlebotomist was friendlier than the front desk staff, esp. one particular older lady. So far, no double stick here yet. All it took was 1 stick and the job was done, even on my toddler. So I can honestly say, this place serve it’s purpose. The more I keep coming back here, the more confident I’ve become to complete my lab works here. Add ons — They are open during lunch times while Quest closed for 1 hour for lunch. This is convenient for me when I want to complete my labs during my lunch break from work. I’ve also notice the wait time here is less compared to Quest Diagnostic. The check in and out times were approx 15−40mins max. I would say 3.5 stars overall. TIP: The location was hard to find at first. It’s located in 2nd floor of an old building, across the street from Kaiser MoVal in Heacock. Also, use the stairs, the elevator is sooo slow and old, it practically huffs and puffs :)
