KFC

This place doesn’t deserve stars! 40 min wait in a fast food restaurant for food! Good thing I heard this before ordering. Drive thru slow. Waited in line with no cars moving and decided to go inside. If I were the manager/​owner, i’d be ashamed of owning this location and would hire a new staff that is worth while. Go to Arby’s or Carl’s Jr! You’d get your food faster dining in at a real restaurant! Avoid this place at all costs!

How is it possible that KFC runs out of chicken breasts on a consistent basis? We have gone there many times since it is close to our house… and several times, they are out of breasts during dinnertime… We have also gone there later in the evening and were told they were out of chicken completely!!! Um… WHAAAAT??? How can you tout yourself as a chicken establishment, yet consistently run out of chicken… It’s so disappointing… Good thing we have another KFC about 10 minutes farther from this one… We love the food, but this location is consistently bad and never seems to plan well for the dinnertime rush… I just don’t understand! I am so fed up with this place!

This location needs a lot of improvement. It took 15 mins for them to take our order when we arrived (there was no one else in line by the way). One of the workers told me they did not have enough employees. When we got our food I ordered the original recipe chicken and the chicken was so oily or sitting in oil for so long that the skin was mush (yes i know its fried chicken and its going to be oily but that was way too much oil). Our sides were not good either mashed potatoes and mac and cheese tasted terrible (the mashed potatoes are made from powder obviously). Also I cant blame them for doing this because of the location most of the stuff is behind the counter– napkins, straws, condiments. Also forget about using the restroom. You’ll need a key for it… But remember! you’ll have to wait! Not coming back ever. Just all bad. I’ll drive to Popeyes for my fast food cravings.

Imagine buying KFC for yourself and guests on a Sunday afternoon. It’s meal
time …you dish it up and when you bite into it you come up with a bloody piece of
chicken inside… I know people complain all the time and written words
probably on paper and added to that file cabinet for later if ever.
So, I figured you have to see this for yourself.

Somebody could get very sick with the lack of knowledge and proper
preparation as well as attention that obviously the fryers arent doing and
again see it for yourself. I spent good money and its not cheap at KFC. too
get this? Something is terribly wrong.

Horrible service, crappy chicken, and no matter what time of day they are always out of chicken. Well worth it to take the trip to pop eyes!

there’s this guy who always ring my order and for some reason there are other KFC, when you order they recommend you a price lower but more chicken, but he just taps on his computer and says «anything else?» then my mom says, «oh in the other KFC, the price for this order is much cheaper» (which is true, its about a dollar less. thats still a big difference!) and he just stands there like a dumbass and says, «um. here’s the total» i thought all KFC stores have the same price, like whats on tv?! see, i would’ve driven somewhere else, but i put up with it cause its closer to my place, and sometimes im too hungry to drive another 5 miles from it. but i did reported about this on their website and look for their location, and they sent me a free coupon through mail to apologize on their behalf… oh yeh the service is kinda slow too, like i noticed when i came in around 7PM, there’s somewhat a long line, the people in front of me just left cause they’re taking forever.

Just read the previous reviews, and YES! the service here sucks! Usually when a fast food franchise opens up a new location, the service is really good, like the carls and arbys that are in the same shopping center, and a new carls jr. near my work. But when I came here that wasn’t the case. I’m at the counter and order one of their chicken sandwiches. The girl at the counter rings up that order and tells me my total… uh, what if I want to order something else? So I tell her that I’d also like some potato wedges. She rings that up, and again tells me my new total, without asking if I’d like anything else. Seems like she just wanted to get each and every customer in and out as quickly as possible. And like the previous reviews on here, I didn’t see a single smile from anybody, and I did feel kind of uncomfortable and unwelcome there.
When my number was called for me to pick up my food, I grab my bag and attempt to get the hell out of the place, when the chick at the counter calls me back and says that they’re still waiting on my wedges. Uh, okay. why didn’t they just wait until the entire order was ready before calling my number? I’ve also used the drive-​thru a number of times, and I noticed the window is too damn high. Must suck for somebody driving a Miata. they’d have to bring half their body out of the damn car just to retrieve their food from the fast food worker who looks and acts like they hate their job, and would rather be getting a root canal done than have to service another customer.

The workers are rude and they do not seem to care at all about the customer.

So this location just opened up. I decided to give it a try. I can’t rate it higher or lower because I’m giving the workers a break since they seem new. Prices are standard and it wasnt crowded for lunch. Very spacious and service was quick. Mash potatos still don’t compare to the cajun ones from Popeyes.
