Came here today on 2÷27÷16 around 12 and the 2 girls working it were rude
One was blonde and the other had dark hair
It was my first time and here and I pulled up to get my car washed
They were both standing by the payment machine to take your card payment
I pulled up and they didn’t say anything.
Nothing
Not hi or hello or what car wash would you like
They both just stared at me
So I said hi it’s my first time

Then she said $ 6,9 or 11
That’s all she told me! So I went with the cheapest because I will never be back and you don’t deserve it
Can’t stand rude service workers

I just got off the phone with the manager, and he told me he wouldn’t fix my car (big surprise). He told me on the phone that he saw my previous review on Unilocal and said that I was wrong for writing it, and said that I shouldn’t have «bashed his business». He said it was weird that I made this Unilocal account just to write a bad review on him. I don’t usually ever write reviews, which is why this is my only one on my account. I didn’t even want to make an account, but it was required to write a review.

Its my second time there and I have never been disappointed. I got the monster wash with $ 2 off using my Unilocal coupon. They hand dried my car and cleaned the inside very well. Very happy with there service.

My experience here is always great I have to give thanks to the management they always go out of their way and make sure I’m a happy customer. I brought my Jeep Cherokee and got a Monster wash, it came with a free towel and hand applied armorall. the menu is very easy to read so it’s simple to make a decision. I did add a new car scent for a $ 1. The wash comes with all the soaps and goodies it’s the best deal. after about 3 min in the wash I drove into the vacuum area and my car was about 90% dry. I used the free towel and finished any missing water spots. I didn’t have spots so I’m assuming the spot free rinse actually works. some of the other car washes left too many spots on my car. I vacuumed and wiped down my interior and they armoralled my wheels before I left leaving a nice glossy touch.
overall great place to wash I’ll be back again.

Good thing this place is located next to autozone so you can get cleaning products to clean your car after you get out. First time I went here it was awesome. This last time very unhappy. Left lots of dirt on my car. Didn’t even look like it was run through a car wash. Going to be taking my business elsewhere or to a do it yourself car wash.

I brought my car here to get washed alot and started noticing some scratches on my car after coming out of the car wash. I dismissed them as I thought maybe they had scratched it else where. The last time I brought my car here I inspected my car before taking it in to wash from the outside to see where it had scratches. Sure enough when i was done it had new scratches on top of my trunk. I will not bring my car here anymore. I advise you guys be careful especially the folks with the expensive cars and fresh paint jobs!

This is the place I’ve gone to, to wash my car for a while. I loved it at first then they started having some issues with some of their equipment, I was kinda disappointed at first but thankfully they explained what was being done to repair those issues. I have gone recently and I’ve been pretty satisfied and must say I was impressed with the employees too… very nice and helpful…

I love this place! I get what I need here and that’s a clean car. The major difference between the $ 10 and $ 5 wash (beside the $ 1 towel) is the Armor All service. Some of the vacuums need cleaning/​fixing but they all pretty much suck… and in a good way. This is my go-​to place for a fast wash.
The only reason why I gave it 1 star less is that they sometimes forget the Armor All service and for the price they could include a complementary air freshener.

I love this car wash it’s a perfect location right next Autozone. I go there at least once every 10 days because it has the best wash and customer service on all of Moreno Valley. Last time I was there, Michelle helped me with picking my wash and I got the armorall, free towel and an air scent all for $ 10. Its a great deal! I recommend it to all my friends and I definitely give it a five star.
They also have amazing design and great landscape and clear signs that help choose and describe the washes. The waterfall is pretty cool when exiting the carwash tunnel I haven’t seen that anywhere else.
The other washes in the city don’t compare and I don’t wast my time either. I’m a fanatic when It comes to clean cars inside and out. I Wash has a great vacuum system and never had any issues with this place, I’m regular!

Really friendly service!
I brought my car out here for a routine wash. the washes are very thorough and reach all the tight spaces. The new management team seems like they are doing a great job running the place.
They place is kept up very well. I am in and out in no time at all. They do have a detail area as well, but i haven’t used it yet. i think i may be up for it very soon.
Prices are very good for what you get. I’ll be sure to hit up another wash when I am out here!
