Best Vape Shop I’ve been to. Went in wanting a Rda picked one and the guy had told me first build was free so i said Ok while he was doing that looked around they had a great selection of juices and a great tasting bar great environment highly suggest going here!

Terrible customer service, it’s like pulling teeth to get conversation or information from the clerk. I stopped going here for quite a few months and tried back again and they still have a lifeless clerk there. If they don’t want to tell you what the new flavors are or the prices — like it’s an inconvenience for them to talk to you — then why not keep your menu updated with that info? Besides, they never have any good deals, all the other vape shops in the area have deals every now and then. It’s pointless to pay $ 12 for a 15 ml.

First place I went to buy my first mod and Oils. They are friendly, have geat customer service and are very helpful. I decided to buy a SnowWolf 75w at another shop and when i got it home it wasn’t working correctly. I took it to Epic Vape the next day and they fixed it for me. Replaced the filter/​coil for free! Love this place. My home vape shop!

I actually enjoy coming here. I have gone to a half dozen other vape shops between Moreno Valley and Ontario, and the customer service here is the best. There is a woman that works here who is always the one that helps me. Great customer service, good with providing information, and has great recommendations based off of what I am looking for. Prices are great as well! As for local vape shops, best place hands down!

I have been to this location twice All of the employees greeted me and helped when I had questions. I paid a fair price and left happy with my purchase. I will go back.

This place is legit! Good prices and excellent selection, along with informative employees. They recently upgraded their juice bar or testing station to an actual tank/​mod set up which is awesome and you really get to taste the juices before you buy them. I like this spot and will return. Wish they opened a lil earlier and closed a Lil later sometimes hard to make it before 8pm due to my work, rewards program still needs improvement too…

As good as it gets in Moreno Valley! I don’t recommend going anywhere else; FOR REALS. Huge selection of Juice, Mods, RDA’s, Batteries and Hardware. They stay up on product releases as well as stay active advocating for the industry. Super friendly, humble atmosphere always; I just LOVE you guys at Epik

I’ve been coming to this store every now and then since about a month after it opened.
The staff has increased and some have come and some have gone. So for many of you reading the few bad reviews about the staff, feel free to come by and give them another shot. I’ve myself heard they can be assholes and this and that. But personally, I joke around with three of their employees and the owner, John himself, never have they crossed the line when it comes to joking around or interacting with a customer. Maybe some of you are really sensitive or you happened to be a jerk to them first.
Their juice menu is pretty good, in terms of flavors, pg/​vg ratio, and are reasonable in pricing.
Their device selections whether you’re looking for tube or box mods and all your RDAs and Tanks, are pretty good as well, and of course reasonable pricing.
Builds, can’t really say since I build my own RDAs, but in a few instances some colleagues have had issues with their builds in terms of too much cotton or they left the coil legs sticking out too much. But nothing that you can’t fix yourself watch some YouTube videos. Sadly, my colleagues are not that bright or they’re lazy.

Awesome selection on juices, very helpful on selecting juice to match your needs like various PG/​VG mixes and nic levels. Reasonable prices on replacement Kanger coils as well, awesome place all around highly recommended

I am so happy that Mo Val has a legitimate vape shop. The employees are wonderful to work with & they know their stuff!
I use two different brands of juice & it’s very rare that they run out of what I’m looking for.
I also like that their prices are very fair for everything.
I would recommend epik vape to anyone looking for vape supplies.

I been going to epik since they opened their doors. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and always willing to help and give advise on everything they carry. They have a large selection of products and are constantly getting new ones in all the time. Best Vape shop in the IE !

I’ve never had a bad experience here! The service is always on point. No more than a second after I walk in the door I am asked what I can be helped with. There is always someone who can show me how to use new equipment and if I have any issues how to resolve them. Definitely the best Vape shop in the IE.

Been here a few times now. For the most part its been pleasant. There’s a chick that works there that is pretty nice and helpful, kudos to her and there is another dude that’s also pretty fucking cool and helpful. Love it when they help me.
But there is one dude there that has no customer skills at at. His attitude is horrible, like he has better things he could be doing rather than helping you. I have been vaping for 4 months now so I’m still a newbie. I dealt withdrawal this dude twice now and both times he almost made me not wanna come back.
But I come back because of the other dude and chick.
edit: after having the owner reply to my review speaks highly of the pride he has for his shop and his customers. For that I have no problems giving this place 5 stars.
Not sure if they have a military/​Veteran discount but if they don’t they should, since we do have both active military and veterans that would love to have a shop that supports our troops.

MY ONE AND ONLY VAPE SHOP! THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Huge stock of several different juices, mods, batteries and anything vape. You can’t go wrong here. Very knowledgeable and helpful! The staff know their stuff!

Came in cause it’s the closest Vape place near, everybody there was very helpful and there prices are very reasonable. I Wouldnt doubt it if I come back soon, juice selection is above par, plenty of mods and very friendly customer service A+

I’ve been there a couple times. They’re usually cool and accommodating. I went there a couple min. Before closing and they’re sign was set to closed be back at 10:30 I seen the usual guys in there. Gave them a wave like hello and a female inside looked at me with a rude expression which I took offensive. Some guy came out and said they were closed, mind you it was a couple min before they’re closing. So I took my business to my guys at E-​CIG City were there always so welcoming and friendly! Bought myself some yummy Vape juice Cereal Killer and new coils and left thinking, I’ll never go anywhere else!

They have a great selection of juice and products but the salesman/​saleswoman are rude and act annoyed any time u need something. Location is convenient but only if you know exactly what you want so u can get in and out as fast as possible! Chang the staffing and it gets 4 stars. I don’t think asking to try one juice or buying a batterie is near the hassle they make it seem!
