Empire Lock & Key

Great locksmith. Have been using him for years. JS’s review IS NOT for this locksmith, but one in Norco, CA. I’ve never had any issues with him and he always has fast prompt service at a great price

I contacted this company Corona Locksmith’s which is affiliated with (Empire Lock & Key) days before scheduling appointment to find out about pricing and scheduling. I was told you get same day service to call back on the day you need them to come out. And there website states «Our dispatchers are ready to assist you. We can be there in 20 minutes, try us, why wait? I thought this was great for it is what I needed for I had a tenant that was going to be locked out today and it was important that the locks get changed ASAP. I called 951−271−7542 there email is:

I contacted them 3 times asking what the ETA was and Gabe stated he would be here within 2 hours. I waited, 2.5 hrs later no call. His voicemail was full. I contacted again he picked up and stated he tried to call me was unable to reach me so he went home. He stated he could come tomorrow. I said no thanks! Terrible communication, do not use.
