Dollar Book Fair

My daughter loves coming here. Every book for $ 1 I love it!!! Its more convenient to come here than the library sometimes. You don’t have to worry about losing any books and having to pay for them. They also have AR books which is recommended by the school district.

There’s quite the variety of random books to choose from. If they did not have the book I was looking for they were helpful in providing me information with locations of places it could possibly be at. They even were as helpful enough to order a certain book for me. Great employees and of course, perfect prices!

I love this place. I meet in Moreno Valley every other weekend and go here just to browse the shelves but I end up leaving with 5 or more books. Sometimes you just can’t beat the price. And you can never have enough books.
The staff is very friendly and the store is really clean. They are always putting new books out.

Just brought books for my sons required reading for school. Couldn’t find the book on kindle. Employees so helpful and courteous. All in all happy with paper book. My son has to look up definitions and with actual paper book will have to use dictionary I instead of the tap of a finger for definitions. I like that. I will definitely be back.

Fun little bookstore. Everything is a dollar or two and you will find all kinds of random books. Absolutely love it for my kids because they destroy their little kid books like crazy. This place allows me to give them a whole new selection to destroy frequently without breaking the bank.

The best way to have a great experience here is to Not have a particular book in mind, but to be open to trying a different kind of book or author. Most of their stock are used books priced anywhere between $ 1 (softcover) — $ 2 (hardback). For that price, trying out a new author or genre is worth it.
I like going through the different books and seeing what gems I can find. This last time I found Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson. I’d been wanting to read this book, so imagine my delight when I bought it for $ 0.98!
The staff here is always friendly and this is the only book store I know of in Moreno Valley (well, besides that adult «bookstore»). This is not B&N, nor should they be compared in any way. This is more of a place to explore or perhaps diversify your reading tastes cheaply.
Tip: Check-​in on Unilocal to get 10% off your purchase. Also, make sure to take a look at their books on display behind the counter. There are often newer books there at a decent price.

The only book store in Moreno Valley… thank goodness for this place. Don’t walk in expecting B&N… you can expect a great selection of gently used books at bargin prices and if you aren’t looking for a specific title… this place is great. My husband always finds a book or two and walks out happy.

Today was the first time that my husband and I went here. I had heard about this bookstore In Buena Vista and had recently found out that they had a location in the Moreno Valley Mall. I really enjoyed the used bookstore. They have lots of books for adults and priced with the softcover books being $ 1 and the hardcover/​larger books to be $ 2. Can’t beat that! They also had some kid books as well but not as many as I had hoped for. I am guessing that there aren’t that many kids reading anymore which is a shame.
I would DEFINITELY recommend you check this place out. I don’t know all of the special deals they may have but I found that if you buy 2 of the adult softcovers (romance/​suspense) then you can get the 3^rd one for free. Awesome! Got to love a good deal like that. The lady at the counter was VERY nice and helpful and would ask if you needed any help or if there was anything you were looking for. She was the one to also tell me about the deal as well.
Oh, there was a sign that if you spend less than $ 5 at the store, then they would charge you for using your credit card.

My daughters and I go here once or twice a month. We bring books to recycle and browse sometimes for hours. They always find an armful of good books that are very cheap. The adult selection is good as well. I hope they add to their inventory soon, The request a book feature on the website is cool & works– my daughter found a Nancy Drew she wanted and my other one found Magic Treehouse. A great way to spend a few hours with your kids and not be broke at the end!

This bookstore has changed a lot. Previously, there was a mixture of books 90% terrible-​OK, 10% great finds. What made this place fun, was searching the stacks for a great buy. Now the selection is terrible and any good book is pulled and marked up in price. The store seems empty by comparison to my previous visits. If you shop here never buy a gift card, because now the prices went up so the card I have lost value. One of my favorite stores no more :-(Now prices can be compared with the bookstore downtown.

Can’t beat the prices here, if you are looking for children’s books this is the place but nonfiction is rather limited.

Love love love. I cant stop coming here to buy books for my little one. Almost every book in the store is one dollar and many of the books are so clean and new
