My name is Manuel Diaz I have owned this business since 1993. I first learned how to tint at a tint shop in Fontana, CA and then came to Moreno Valley to work for another tint shop, but I was not satisfied with their performance, so I decided to open my own Business around the Area. Any tint shop around the ten mile range had been taught here at Desert Window tinting.

I have had previous cars done here years ago when i lived out here. Made an appointment for 8am sunday. Called Friday to double check appointment for sunday and he said” yea Sunday 8am I’ll be there” Drove from San Diego to Moreno Valley, waited for over 30min and he was a NO SHOW!!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN !!!

Just got my third car done there! The prices are great! And they don’t skimp on the quality of the film because of the prices like most places do! This place deserves a five star rating all around I was kind of bummed on the other reviews and it was just a time manner? I honestly don’t and didn’t mind the time issue. I just dropped mine off and called when it was ready to be picked up! I would prefer a place take their time then rush the job! It’s not an oil change I completely understand I’ve been coming to this place since 08 I want say when I got my first vehicle done. I work close by so I always often recommend people and have never heard a complaint! So I’ll continue to come here and recommend people as long they’re there! :)

I was looking around at tint shops and came across Desert Window Tint. I never heard of them but I decided to call last week and I got a quote on getting my two front windows done on my SUV. I talked to the owner and he seemed cool as he told me whenever I’m ready to come down or call back and schedule an appointment. They were the best price outta soo many tint shops around, so of course I was a bit skeptical but decided just to show up yesterday in the afternoon to see if he had time to do it. I’m glad I went, not only was he cool but he had a opening right then and there. It was done quick but the job was done right. His work looks great and he’s got the best price in IE. Not much more you can ask for. I’ll definitely recommend this cat and Desert Window Tint is officially my go to for shade!

Called ahead on Thursday for a quote, which seemed reasonable, said I would be coming in at 9:00am on Saturday (today), which is what time they open. Got there about 5mins early. Waited. And waited. I had someone follow me there so I could just leave my car for them to tint. But, at 9:25, I left and went to their competitor down the street. They might do amazing work for a reasonable price, but I wouldn’t know. I was a «sure thing» customer waiting outside with money in my pocket, but nobody showed up.

Was looking for a place to tint the windows on my G35 and a friend recommended this place. They took my car in right away and in less than an hour they were done. The tint turned out very good, I was really happy with the result.

I’ve gotten 2 cars done here (the window tinting, not actually manufactured here lol jk) anyways… my last car was a scion and I had her for about 5 years and the tint is still on point. I am now trusting them with my new car… I’ve been very satisfied so I’m sure they won’t disappoint. I do recommend this place even though it is kinda hidden and is a little hole in the wall place…

Called for a quote, after giving me the quote she just hung up the phone, leaving me no opportunity for questions, tried calling back and they did not pick up? WTH??, taking my business elsewhere!
Business for them most be so good, that they forgot what «Customer Service» is, and feel it is unnecessary to be professional.

Not a bad little tint shop. They carry 5%, 20%, 35%, 50% and «special tint» 22%, 13%, broncesteel, silver. They were out of 13% so I got regular 20%. I had my new Toyota Tacoma access cab 4 side windows and rear windows done for $ 110 which is not bad. They also did a Mazda 5 for me last year for $ 120. The tint still looks good and I have had zero issues. They warranty their tint for a year. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the sign that advertised $ 99 tint special. Of course only a few vehicles qualify for this price. The shop is somewhat hard to find as it is located in a far back corner of a strip mall/​auto repair/​body shop. The waiting area is very small but the Mexican radio station playing was pleasant. The waiting room was not cooled on my visit. I recommend leaving the vehicle and walking to subway on the same block. They do have a television in the lobby but it was off. Be prepared to wait around a hour if they can get you right in. They have a team of 2 to 3 workers that team up and get the job done.
