We had a party here about a week ago and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything ran. Our assigned hostess was Diana. She was absolutely amazing! She took every order(we had several), cleaned up after us, and even offered to re-fill drinks. Food was pretty good. We snacked on pizza, breadsticks and chicken wings. Not five-star food, but I am guessing you wouldn’t be coming here for that anyhow. The place was busy, but there appeared to be quite a few employees out in the play area — filling tickets, fixing games, cleaning up messes. Over all(and compared to other Chuck E. Cheese’s we’ve been to) we enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back for our next party.

The lady at the merchandise counter can’t add /even when she has a calculator in hand. It’s really pretty pathetic! And now my kids get the short end of the stick. Won’t return to this place again. I’ll go to Chino where the employees aren’t idiots.

If there was a way to give no stars, I would. This place was so disgusting I wouldn’t even let my child use the restroom. The«buffet» was a joke and people just kept using the same used plates over and over. Very unsanitary. The new«pretzel sticks» aren’t even pretzels and the cheese sauce was ice cold and tasted sour. If you want to avoid being exposed to germs and disease… Stay away.

We had our twin 3 year old’s birthday here. It was so easy and simple, made a reservation and booked for 15 kids and 30 adults. Arrived a few minutes early Bryan was our host, he did a great job and was very well mannered. Took care of everything. He was attentive and never over baring. He gave us, very good service. The pizza was good, the amount of tokens we got with the package was good, but we did opt to buy more because we had more people than expected and again the host and restaurant was happy to oblige. Everyone had fun and it was inexpensive, no to mention a good experience! kudos to Bryan, sorry you got a brake violation bro!

Took the kids during summer break on a Tuesday & loved that it wasn’t crowded. I got there around 130 and left close to 4. The crowd was building up as I left. The food was tasty and came out quickly. The only thing bad about my experience is that the ladies restroom had a very strong urine odor. The type you smell at a dirty gas station. I was thankful my 9 year old daughter didn’t need to use the restroom during our visit, we only used it to wash our hands when the food arrived.

Today i went here with my children and was VERYVERYDISAPPOINTED. Waited over 45 minutes for my order which was served cold l, salad bar had frozen dressing which was being poured into new dressings during rotation, none of the games were giving out the proper amount of tickets all tickets counters were not working with exception of two. Restrooms were not being attended to saw more than one employee just sitting around having non work related conversations. I went to ask for a ticket bag which holds ticket manager said they don’t give them out anymore you now have to buy a ticket bag holder not the way I remembered this place.

If your trying to beat the heat, this is a great option for your kids to play! Also, I love the security with the verification of hand stamps.

You know what, I was surprised. Pretty decent Chuck E. Cheese. It’s not the way I remember it as a kid with two stories & lots of places to hide. A lot of things have been changed since then for safety & cleanliness(like the ball pits mentioned by other reviewers. Those things were super dirty lol!) I am sure every parent will be thankful it’s pretty easy to keep an eye on your kid in here. When I was there it was not very crowded and workers were maintaining and cleaning machines here and there. The salad bar looked decent and I was glad that it looked clean. The inside of the climber smelled like a kid had peed in there. I do like the check system at the door to be sure the person who came in with a kid leaves with a kid. This is helpful to know. The attendant at the door was friendly and helpful as was another worker who we talked to who was cleaning outside. The video playing actually surprised me by showing Chuck E and friends talking about developmentally appropriate things such as having compassion for others and treating them with kindness, how to be a good friend, something about not eating candy all the time, etc. I was impressed. To be honest I saw no candy inside the restaurant. They used to have a ton of lollipops and other junk food. Here it was just pizza & salad. I felt the games were child appropriate. As a parent this is a big deal to me. Whoever chose them was very intentional and thoughtful. No machine guns, zombies, gore, overwhelming stuff, etc. There are many games and little rides that are okay for preschool age young children. There are simplified dance games like a children’s version of Dance Dance Revolution with kid-appropriate songs like Bingo. My daughter is too young for the games really but she enjoyed the merry go round and climbing into all the vehicles. Her favorite was a machine with rubber duckies that move along a track over and over. I never really imagined that I would think Chuck E. Cheese was a really healthy thing to take my kid to but I am glad to see the company is at least trying to keep kids safe and entertained… in as healthy a manner as you can in a pizza parlor. The cons: aggressive and rowdy kids, and other parents! ROFL! I witnessed a mom letting her kids climb all up & over the basketball machine and not caring, three little boys running and trying to tackle & choke each other. I had to speak to them because a boy was rasping«Let go, let me go.» I asked the boy if he could hear his friend telling him to stop and said please let go of him, and then said«let’s try to play in a way that no one gets hurt, okay?» Took a couple minutes and the mom of the one doing the choking was just ignoring while grandma stood there right by the boy doing jack shit. Parents, grandparents, I know you are here to try and get a break but when your kids are breaking shit that doesn’t belong to them, or endangering other kids, you have to step in and guide them. Unless you really WANT to deal with a hurt kid or a lawsuit? If your kid ever hurts mine you bet I will sue your ass. Sorry.

Went here for my nephews birthday party and it’s definitely not like it used to be. Most of the kiddie rides were out of order and there was very few games for 2 year olds. They didn’t even have the jumping balls they used to have. The food was not so great came luke warm. Service was ok the girl was pretty attentive. The place is dingy and messy most places. The restroom was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned so a few of the stalls were out of toilet seat covers and toilet paper. I give it 2 stars because the service was pretty good. My kids are all older now but I definitely wouldn’t plan a kids party here if I had little ones and definitely won’t bring my grandkids here. Chucky has definitely gone down hill.

Has my daughters birthday party this year on a Sunday, it turned out very good! The host Treasure was amazing, helpful and always kept me updated. Other than the restrooms being a bit untidy, everything was good and at a reasonable price!

Been to a thousand chuck e cheeses before, & never liked the shouting, runny, snot nosed kids running throughout. BUT– this experience made it worth it! Their customer service went above and beyond, and for that, I would definitely come back. There was some confusion over the details for my sons party, but the manager was willing to accommodate us as best she could, and she ultimately did what was best for the birthday boy. I would recommend going online first for coupons because they’ve got some major deals online, but overall, my friends and family had a wonderful time. Very clean. Very«on top» of kids not leaving with the wrong adults/parents. Very pleasant!

My son wanted to come for his birthday. «Great» I thought to myself, «nasty food, dirty tables, and out of order games». But, it’s what he wanted so I brought him. I was very surprised by this Chuck E Cheese! Not like the rest that I’ve been to previously. Not one broken game! The whole place was clean. An the food, well it’s still far from ‘good’, but it’s not bad. I wouldn’t mind bringing my kids back if they wanted to go again.

I prefer johns incredible pizza over this. I like that it is super kid friendly but the food is blah. Limited selection, pricey too. The games are typical of this kind of chain. When we went here, a lot of games are out of order.

Went here for a going away party for a good friend who left our workplace. I still keep in touch with him. The person who wore the Chuckie uniform at the time was funny. He was sort of flirting with a female coworker and armwrestled my buddy. Pretty funny.

My two kids and three nephews had a blast here. It’s larger than the average Chuck E Cheese and the games are newer. I found myself not minding playing some of games. Deal or No Deal was my favorite. The food is the same as any other location — pretty standard but edible. Great place to beat the heat and let the kids hang loose while Mom and Dad catch up.

Ever heard of a little game called Flamin’ Finger? I know, I know, it sounds dirty and weird, but it’s not. It’s the most awesome arcade game ever. It’s a touch screen maze game. A race against time set to techno music. «Get your flame on», signals the start. «Flame over», means you’ve lost. I wish I could find another Flamin’ Finger machine. If someone tells you there’s one in the Metreon, don’t believe ‘em. That one’s been gone for months. If you’re ever unfortunate enough to find yourself in Moreno Valley stop by this Chuck E. Cheese and get your flame on. You deserve it!
