I went here to eat and the food was tasty, the hosted the was amazing and the food was great, I just wish our server would have been Stacey — my server was dragging butt

Firstly it took us 20 minutes to be seated. Ok fine. We understand. There’s a party of 30 here. We get it. Now we’ve been sitting at the table for 45 minutes. No refills. Not a glance of our food. We didn’t order a turkey dinner. We got veggie fajitas and cheese enchiladas. Not rocket science. We had to flag down a waitress to get more chips. Oh and screaming babies? Cool. Whatever. But 30 minutes of this? Ugh.

Slow service on a weekday evening when there were plenty of empty tables. I could understand if they were packed and busy, but that was not the case. Our orders were served wrong and we had missing items we had to ask for multiple times.
My son asked to come here for his birthday and I know the birthday desert and song is a nice plus, but they gave him a bowl of melting ice cream and no song saying that they were busy and didn’t have enough people to sing for him. Yet, five minutes later, a lady sitting right next to us got a nice Bday ice-​cream dessert and the song, WTF? Our server was either brand new or just overwhelmed by a light crowd. Needles to say he was disappointed. Will not come to this location again.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. We ordered some chip and guacamole and it came super salty so we asked the waiter to take it back and bring us a fresh batch to make it ourselves. Then we ordered pizza for my son, and 20 minutes later the pizza came to us still frozen! Who gives uncooked food to a child! This place is stupid and careless.

I would rate this no stars because how horrible the service and the wait was. We got there before a couple got there and they got seated before us. There was plenty of tables but seemed like they only were trying to sit the bigger parties. Really loud in there, only sat for 5 minutes and will never come to this place again

We have been here a few times and generally had an ok time today was insulting. We walked in the door at around 11:30. It was not busy. And there were 3 servers standing and talking by one of the stations. One kept looking at us but none of the three said anything or even bothered to greet us we walked out after 5 minutes of being ignored.
Walked next door to Olive Garden and we were greeted withing 2 seconds of opening the door.

I love to eat here with my family or just go for happy hour there food and drinks are reasonably priced

I come here almost every weekend during football season and at least 2x a month off season. The servers are always great, especially Heather, Josh and Nicole. The consistency of food has been going downhill for a while now. The past 2 times I have had to return something to the kitchen because it tasted bad or wasn’t cooked properly. I will still come for happy hour and football but will not eat here again.

The Indian waitress was super sweet! apparently new working there? But she totally sucked lol I really did like her but she needs to practice on her hurry up skills and her memory… she has potential though lol the food was decent… Although the photos are much more appetizing in appeal. The table booth near the Window was very wobbly which was annoying. The table in the middle was not close enough to us while we tried to eat… we had to lean in far to reach our dish which was upsetting. The quesso app came somewhat cool instead of hot! But anyhow what can you expect its Chilis? I would return… but only out of desperation because there are not many options in moreno valley… but I’m not often desperate and I’m always willing to spend more and drive out for good food ;)

This Place is terrible. I have been 3 times the service is terrible the food is terrible and the prices are terrible can I say one last time terrible. Be warned Never come to this place the waitress & waiters have 0 customer service your food is never HOT, it takes a nuclear bomb to get a refill on your beverage. Even on weekdays with a handful of customers it takes centuries for your food to be prepared only to be as hot as a lamp style burger. If I could give negative stars I would. This place needs Bar Rescue ASAP, even though it’s a restaurant. I’m not sure what’s going on at this establishment but it’s not good. If management reads this isn’t a shot to bad mouth the restaurant it’s an attempt to improve this place has some issues that myself and other reviews have similar or the same issues.

Food looks good and the services is great so far with a decent price I can’t complain

Just had a great experience, went on a Saturday night the wait was not bad and everyone was very friendly, our waitress Amanda was AWESOME very attentive and nice, we’ll definitely be returning to this location.

First and last time here, salad was super soggy. We asked for water 2 times came when we were done my daughters pasta had zero flavor. The wings tasted good And fries.

Foods good service is great. a lil pricey but other than that amazing place i love chilis this one in moreno valley is perfect

So I’m updating my review for this place. I’ve been in at least 3 times in the past month. We usually go into the bar area which makes for fast service and no waiting. The staff is always helpful with their menu especially for happy hour on Sunday’s and it is ALL DAY on Sunday’s.
I usually have steak with garlic tomatoes and salad. My steak is always cooked exactly the way I like it. One thing though that we didn’t care for was the appetizer cheese fries they seemed pretty dry and we didn’t realize the portion would be so small during happy hour or we would have gotten a regular appetizer as we had a few people with us. So be careful with the happy hour items even at $ 2.99 they can be small.
Anyway we usually order drinks as well and they are always made perfect. We love this and service is always good too which makes for a great visit.

Wow. This place has really gone down hill.
I don’t know if it’s just this restaurant in particular or new chain wide standards. But, I will never return to this location!
First off, when my boyfriend went in to add our name to the list the busy hostess looked at him and said, «I’ll be right with you.» and he stood by the podium and a minute later she returned, by that time another party had arrived and was ready to also add their name, she looks up and and proceeds to look behind him and asks the other party, «how many?», completely overlooked him. So, he brought it to her attention. — If it would’ve been me I would’ve made a complaint then left.
After 20 minutes of waiting our party of 4 was seated in this weird corner half booth that was right next to the kitchen/​staff doors.
Three of us ordered strawberry lemonades and we all agreed that it was extremely sweet and had a really weird aftertaste. I actually asked them to add unsweetened tea to try and fix it. Didn’t work.
We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer and they were greasy and had a weird seasoning salt on them. Not appetizing at all. They no longer have the onion tower because they changed their menu.
After we ordered our food, there was a long wait to get our food. My poor niece kept telling me she was hungry.
Finally our food arrived…
I ordered baby back ribs with a side of corn. The ribs were so dry, the meat was non-​existent that I had to ask for a replacement. Which they did replace. The corn on the cob was pretty good.
I ordered my niece the kids meal of mac n cheese and tangerines as a side. I paid $ 5 for them to give her kraft mac n cheese with canned tangerines. She didn’t want to eat it because it tasted pretty bad.
I will say that my boyfriend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and he really enjoyed it. Other than that it was such a waste of $ 80.

I only review on Unilocal if I give 5 stars. And this is my first time reviewing a major chain.
I just had the smoked wings for a quick lunch and they were perfect. If you stop by, ask to sit in ALICIA’s section. She was amazing and attentive. She stopped by every 3 – 5 minutes on a busy day when she clearly had a lot of other tables.

Their 2 for $ 20 deal is awesome and they always send out coupons for free appetizers or desserts if you are are subscribed to their email club.
I like the tablets that they have at each table. You can reorder drinks and order desserts along with paying your bill and playing games.

Waitress was nice but the restaurant was not clean. Floors were dirty and so was the silverwear. Food was good.

This was my first time at Chili’s ever and the only reason I went was cause someone gave my dad a $ 50 gift card as a gift. My family never goes to chili’s so he gave it to me, a broke college student that would benefit from this gift card.

We ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer, a full rack of mixed baby back ribs, the chipotle chicken flat bread, and a side of the sizzling mashed potatoes. You choose from 3 appetizers; we chose the Honey-​Chipotle boneless chicken wings, the Southwestern egg rolls, and the Spinach Artichoke dip. All the food was pretty decent, but it’s nothing that would make us come back.
Luckily, we got our flatbread for free because they accidentally made it a different type of flatbread but we didn’t know until it came out.
The service was not good not bad. But we did have to ask 2 different servers for our utensils.
